On July 29, my car was repossessed after contacting the company and them agreeing to a payment arrangement! Right after my phone call I received a email stated that I needed to hurry and make a payment I stated in the email what I had just discussed on the phone and was told there was nothing they could do! When I noticed that my car was gone I called the company and was told by a woman whom emailed me earlier in the day that I would need 1,to get my vechile back as well as I was ten payments behind! On my online account as well as to my recollection would bring me current my monthly payment is a month

This company has one of the WORST customer service departments I've ever had to deal withThey hang up on you, give you information and transfer you to different people just because they don't want to deal with your issuethere is dollars missing that should have been applied to my balance (over the course of months) and no one can seem to give me a straight answer is to where the money has goneThey tack on extra interest and call it "late fees" (when I've NEVER been late) they are rude, inconsiderate and really don't care about helping their customers at all I will be refinancing my auto loan, mainly because they don't seem to know how to talk to people and cant get their story straight from one representative to the nextIf your thinking about using this finance company, do yourself a huge favor and look elsewherethieves in business suits

On Dec9, at about 5am Honor Finance Company had my vehicle repossessedThe company 2nd Chance Auto where I purchased the vehicle has been out of business for quite sometime nowI found out that the licence plate number that was provided to me is not registered to the VIN number to the vehicleI've made several attempts to contact Honor Finance as to what can be done about getting the vehicle backI were able to speak with ***, he advised me that I would have to pay $1,in order to retrieve the vehicleHe also provided information as to where the vehicle was located Northwestern RecoveryAgain over the past several weeks I've tried contacting Honor Finance to see how much time and if there could be any type of payment arrangements that I could makeSince the first initial call with *** I have not spoken with any representative as far as arrangements goesI left several messages for him to contact myself with any information that he can provide Moving forwa

On February11th, I mailed a money order in the amount of Honor Finance claims they have not recieved this payment; however when I tracked the money order that was made out to Honor Finance was cashed on February14th,They are still claiming they have not recieved this payment but are not looking into the possibility of it accidentally being put onto somwone else's accountThey call me daily asking me about this money order and I have paid an extra dollars to place a tracker on this to see who cashed this money orderI feel like I am being harassed daily, I feel as if they are not trying to help resolve this matter but are making it worseThank you for your time

I bought a car in September of 2017, I had to end up doing a voluntary repo in November I was told that I would still need to pay the balance in full of the car That is not how voluntary repo even works I was never notified of when they would be selling the car or anything about the next steps It has since been on my credit, as me being past due which isn’t the case I no longer have the car it’s been a year and I’m just now receiving a letter from a collections agency on their behalf trying to get the balance in full for the carI need this taken off my credit and I need them to properly take care of the voluntary repoIf I have to get a lawyer to get this resolved I will do so, please help me

Back on May 09, I paid my car off in full years earlyI had to overnight them a letter with my license and debit card used to pay the car off in order to be able to trade it and to get the title within weeks instead of daysI did thatI received the title and that was allIt is still showing on my credit as an active accountI have spoken with them now times asking for a letter showing my account is paid in fullof their CUSTOMER SERVICE Reps has hung up on me in mid sentence and I was not being rudeI was asking nicelyI tried to explain what I needed they told me to take it up with Experian that it was not their problemThen I was promised a letter, I never received itI have tried everything I canToday they told me again, not their problemTomorrow will be daysI can't get anything from them to get it off my creditI have disputed it but they told them that it was an active account

The customer service representatives are very rudeOne of the reps call me yesterday on Christmas on a personal cell and hung up on me when I stated that I sent a check

My name is DeNay ***, I was financing my vehicle through your companyI have since voluntarily surrendered the vehicleI have been contacting your company on numerous occasions in regards to information and have been given the run aroundI surrendered this vehicle in the beginning of January the 2nd to be exact, I called back on 01/12/and was told that the Manager Tim would be contacting because the repo order was not put in but they reassured me I would not have this issueI called back at the end of January the car was still not picked up, and I know this because the VIRGINIA DMV contacted me requesting proof of insurance in February because it was never reported to them that I surrendered the vehicleI have called your company several times and always get a story or a dance, I always get told Tim will contact me before close of businessTim has told his CSR reps to let me know that your legal department would be contacting me and yet and still nothingToday at 3:34pm

This company is the WORST!! We paid our loan off (online) at the beginning of February and our title was FINALLY sent to us March UNACCEPTABLE Their justification was that they require days from the last payment to ensure the customer will not cancel the payment We had to sign a special form and submit it via email and snail mail in order to finally receive the title They do not tell you about this detail at the time of payoff We found out after waiting weeks If we had known that Honor Finance was affiliated with *** *** ***, we would never have initiated the loan BIG MISTAKE!

I have setup direct debit to be taken out every weeks on a Friday and starting on Saturdays I'm getting phone calls and emails saying my payments are over due as if they didn't get the paymentsI receive emails on Friday with a confirmation numberEvery since this company has taken over *** *** it has been nothing but problemsI was supposed to be completed paying off my car at the end of this year but now I was told in wouldn't be until the end of next yearI'm not understanding the logic of that unless someone is pocketing paymentsI was on hold for a supervisor and someone hung up the phone on me and when I called back they wouldn't answerPlease help it's very frustrating, especially when you're spending your hard earned money

I purchased a *** *** from Honor Finance that was traded in for a different vehicle on February 11thweeks later I'm still receiving phone calls regarding this account as are my friends and familyI have repeatedly given them the information for the dealership and advised Honor Finance I no longer have the ***, please quit callingThey are also reporting this to the credit bureaus which I want removed
