Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this...

response because:Honor Finance does in fact have a check of ours from our insurance company in the amount of $1,221.26. Attached is picture of the check that our credit union mailed to Honor Finance for pay off on our truck loan. Had I of taken a picture of our insurance check that they are holding for no reason I would have attached that. Honor Finance has absolutely no reason to not have sent us our check back and continue to hold it hostage for no reason.
Sincerely,
Debbie [redacted]

The complainant misrepresents the nature of the communication attempted by Honor Finance.  We implore the complainant to contact us at 847-[redacted] at her first earliest convenience.  Moreover, Honor Finance disputes the complainant's assertion she bears no remaining obligation,...

as supported by Michigan law.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/08/11) */
Upon reviewing the complainant's claims, Honor Finance has determined the following:
The complainant purchased the subject vehicle in August 2014. In May 2015, the complainant advised the vehicle was in need of repair and that she elected to...

take the car to the dealership that sold it to her. As the complainant did not possess a warranty, in efforts to service the account and assist the complainant in resolving the mechanical issues, Honor Finance negotiated a reduced price for the repairs on her behalf. The complainant agreed the amount to repair the vehicle was to be added to her account (interest free) with the understanding she was to keep the account up-to-date. In May 2015, at the time of the repairs and negotiations, the complainant was a month past due, and no payments have been made since that date.
Honor Finance has been informed the vehicle has been repaired, and we remain amendable to working with the complainant. She is advised to contact Honor Finance at her first earliest convenience should it remain her desire to redeem the car.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and feel as though what I stated about...

lies told to me by this company have been ignored, yes I did confirm with them my check was available. Yet it came after much hassle and unnecessary actions. This company is continuously causing problems by their unfair practices. Continuously they lie and deceive knowing the truth has been discovered. It doesn't not make any sense how I spoke with them all yesterday and all of a sudden this morning they found they refund check, ridiculous. I spoke with them this morning at 7am and they still didn't know where it was and now an hour later it appears.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: This company does not give the information needed. I requested information as to why after I surrendered the vehicle the car was not picked up until almost a month later. I have called the number listed and have been given the run around, Tim [redacted] is a salesman not a manager, I spoke directly to the Matt [redacted] who stated that he did not know Tim [redacted] and he then stated that wasn't his last name. "Tim" has made it clear that he is not assisting and told me he is not in the business of repoing vehicles. Matt [redacted] is the assistant to Rober [redacted] who is the CEO of Honor Finance I emailed him and he said someone would be contacting me again no one has. Mr. [redacted] also stated that he does not know why it took almost a month for the vehicle to be picked up. The company did not notify the DMV that the vehicle was reposed nor did they company return the plates they kept them. Now this is a tow company that they use regularly as I was told and if they are not in the business of towing vehicles why did they allow the surrender of the vehicle? I want a written statement as to the day I called for the car to be picked up and why it took so long after for it to actually be removed from the location.
Sincerely,
Denay [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I was told that I would be contacted by the Honor Finance after I spoke with them. This dealership Honor Finance works with is actually notorious for their unlawful practices. I have already contacted the attorney general and a lawyer. I will have other customers speak on the fraudulent practices of [redacted] Credit Center as well. Honor Finance please monitor [redacted] Credit Center. The next step will be sending someone in to record these fraudulent practices. The main one being, lying about the cars condition and down payment amount. I can guarantee most customers only put down $500 and [redacted] Credit Center submits contracts to honor Finance that say $1000 down. I am not upset, but will not only a dealer or bank to outright lie to consumers.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
I called and asked for a copy of my original paperwork, not just for gap insurance and the last time I received a statement from Honor finance the total balance due still read as over $10,000 (actually closer to eleven thousand). And I still have not received a copy of my original purchase/finance agreement.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

The requested material was mailed to the complainant in expedited fashion and we have confirmed delivery.  We believe this matter to be resolved.

I am rejecting this response because: Honor Finance has not provided any documentations to myself or any of the 3 major reporting credit fancies. Please feel free to upload your documentations that you have claimed to have corresponded with me by via mail. Honor Finance has the option to upload pertinent information directly to the Revdex.com as I have already provided Revdex.com as well as other Credit protecting agencies of my initial complaint and dispute with supporting documents. Please feel free to upload documents as well as Mail to my mailing address as I have supplied my mailing address multiple times. At this time I remain unsatisfied to Honor Finance unjustifiable response. I will continue to pursue legal mechanisms for a justification for inaccurate negative credit reporting on behalf of Honor Finance.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:
It should not take 90 days to release the Lein on the title. My bank has a...

30 day transaction dispute policy and it has been over 30 days as of may 1 2018 I can't tag the truck until the title is released
Sincerely,

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
I have not received any said correspondence or payment history from Honor Finance. I have tried numerous times to work with and talk to Honor Fiance to resolve this issue and without avail, nothing. I have proof that I even sent to the Attorney General office, from December from Honor Fiance's website showing my total balance of $690. I sent 2 payment of $358.00 and Honor Fiance is still saying I have a balance of $702. 00 with no explanation of how or why my prior payments was not applied. When they do call it's a representative that is unable to explain why the payment are not reflecting. Or someone telling me I have to speak to the legal department, which I can't recall if I have ever spoke to. But the continue to call daily sometimes twice a day and even to my references. My loan was originally supposed to be paid of by Oct. 2017 and because I deferred my payment twice, it was to be paid by February.  But in December I saw inconsistacies in my payments I was making. I notified my account manager and worked out a plan. And supposedly fixed my account. Now they are saying I still owe more. Why would I risk losing my truck over $700.00 Honor Fiance has numerous complaints for the same or similar situations. I just want my title or a reasonable compromise.
Sincerely,
Shirley [redacted]
