and March 2018, their system stated my payoff/ balance owed was $I made a payment of $ on 01/07/and 02/06/I actually overpaid per my calculations $And the payment that was made on 02/06/that was a check was cashed and not credited my account even when I accessed the account in MarchI have reached out to my States attorney's office and Honor finance have yet to reply to them in this matterAnd they have the nerve to say I still owe $

The service is horrible! If it has nothing to do with collecting a debt you cant not speak to anyoneI just wanted to get a copy of my statement saying that I have zero balance, and the representative said that she was not able to to send that information to meShe then said that she would transfer me to someone who couldI was on hold for about two minutes before they call dropped on meI gave them the benefit of the doubt, and called again, went through the entire verification of my account again, for the exact same thing to happenSo I drew the conclusion that they were hanging up on meI then called one last time and instead of verifying all of my information I had to ask for a supervisor., and before I even stated what my issue was she new exactly what I was calling for, my name and allOnce that was taken care of I called my car dealer and told I got the document he neededHe was pleased and also informed me that when he called in to get the form released, they hung up on him several times as well

I have an open and active Chapter BankruptcyIn addition, I've made two recent payments to Honor Finance with arrangements made for the balance to be caught up
The car was repossed two days ago even though automatic stay existsI have left voicemails and emails to law departments and VP Pat *** regarding the required release of the vehicleI haven't in two days received a return call, reply to my emails or even the address to retrieve my personal property from the illegally repossed vehicle
I just need some contact and clarity regarding the company's alleged position on this issue

Honor Finance has addressed all credit and document-related inquires made by the complainant. The complainant has been supplied with all substantiating information as requested. Honor Finance requests the complainant contact the company directly in reference to the status of her account

Honor finance employees has been calling me EVERY day regarding my car note
Back in November I spoke to a Chris and he told me that he was a managerI asked if I could put my November payment on the back of my loan because I am currently taking care of my sister and my nieces he told ok and he was able to do it! Now it months later and Honor Finance employees are texting me from their personal cell phone threatening me with repossession of my car unless I pay them additional $100! I told them when I spoke to Chris he didn’t tell me that! Last night in the text that person wouldn’t say who they were and they told me Chris wasn’t a manager! The phone number where I kept getting the messages is ***! Why is this company allowing their employees to do this! I want to get to the bottom of this!!! Everyone that is involved in harassing needs to be fired including Chris whol lies about being a manager! My car note is not being because of the arrangements Chris set up on!!! Thi

They make threats when you do not answer the phoneThey hassle you at all times of day, even when you are up to date on payment

Where do I start? INCORRECT REPORTING TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS ABOUT THE ACCOUNTREPORTED AS A INVOLUNTARY REPO THE COMPANY NEVER DID ANY OF THE FOLLOW PERTAINING TO THE REPO LAWS IN OHIO ie:."Within five days of repossession, your lender must send you a notice of default and the right to cure."The notice should've told me what I could've done to get the car backmaking a deposit with the lender of up to two months’ car payments plus the creditor’s costs of repossession up to $25.with maybe late charges to bring the loan current which at the time the loan if I wasn't able to make the loan current they were required to send a second notice within 10days after the repo had taken place notifying me of when the vehicle will be sold, when and where the sale will take place, and a minimum acceptable price for the vehicleI believe the lender failed to sell the vehicle in a commercially reasonable mannerBecause of this I'm asking that this be removed from my report due to the unfair and untrue reporting pra
