This is the worst finance company I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve paid my payments on time for the past months which leaves my last payment due AprilIn February when I called to pay off my account earlier than scheduled, they told me I owed an additional $that no one could explain to me where these charges came from! Now they are refusing to give me my title until I pay what they want me to pay, not even what I signed in my contract!! How is this even legal??? Not to mention “They are holding my title” wow! Zero Stars!!!

I have a repossession in my credit report from this companyI did not ever open a loan with this companyThis has been put in as Identity Theft due to all my information being stolenI sent them my Identity Theft Report with FCC and my Police ReportThey are suppose to remove it from my credit report following the FCRAThis is still not removed

I had got financed from honor finance and the car is paid off but they will not send me my tittle like they have promised me times alreadyEvery-time I call they never call back and when I finally do get to speck with someone they keep giving me the run around about the tittle and when I check with the bmv there is still a lein on the tittle by honore financeI NEED HELP

I cosigned for *** *** for an auto loan through honor finance and was unaware that *** did not make a few payments on timewhen the account became delinquent I agreed to pay off the full account balance in exchange for them removing the negative payment history that they reported to all three bureausI paid the car off a year ago and after looking at my credit report they have not held up to there promise

Contrary to the complainant's allegations, her account has, in fact, been credited with the referenced insurance proceeds. As for the complainant's request for paperwork relevant to GAP insurance, Honor Finance has no record of the complainant having purchased any such product, and thus cannot
supply any information relevant to same

I am rejecting this response because: although they report history they have the power to also ask the bureaus to remove what was previously reported and nevertheless I would've never paid the account off early had they not agreeded to remove those late paymentsAlthough it was not a contractual agreement it was an agreement made between me and the business just because they did not put it in writing does not make it anyless of an agreement and I am demanding that they upheld what was told to me

Yes I bought a GMC envoy through *** *** that was financed through honor finance I was happy that they helped me but two weeks later I started having problems and I know when you buy a used car that there are problems but when I learned of the many problems that the car actually had I asked to bring the car back and get another car and continue paying the car note but *** *** refused to take the car back so I used the warranty that I had on the car to get some repairs done and I send a copy to all of the problems to honor fiancé to a guy named Joshua who said since I was a good customer that he would help me into another car but he never did I continued to have problems with this car and pay for the car but on April 1,it was enough of this car me and my kids was riding home when we turned the corner the whole back tire fell off and the car just went down hard I had to call a tow truck to tow the car to my house I'm fed up so I called honor finance to surrender the car and the staff was so rude to me and acts like they don't want the car back they know the car is worth less I feel that I already paid enough money to own this car but I don't want this car they charged me to much for this old car I tried to trade the car in no one would take this car as a trade in they said it's to old and I owe more than what the car is worth and I feel ripped off and I believe in honor finance but they disappointed me this is how they treat a loyal customer this is not fair

Pulled our dinancing over weeks after we had the vehicleThen we were responsible for returning vehicle to dealer only to be told that the down payment we were told we would get back did not happen$out of $because they dragged their feet, pulled financing and then charged us for everything including gps they wanted installed and charged me to uninstallFinance guy was rude on initial signing of papers and upon returnShould of stuck with my gut and walked out instead of signing

My car loan was approved through Honor Finance March August my loan was transferred without prior notice to *** Portfolio Management LLC who was not able to give me any answers as to who they were and why my loan was transferredI paid *** for my August carnote and Currently have not paid my September note that was due on the 16th, I had a few financial issues that is causing me to have to pay it on September insteadI have received a total of calls in the last days even though I have days before the late fee is added*** is telling me they cannot accept verbal arrangements that I need to give my routing number or my debit card numberWhen I attempted to refinance my vehicle earlier this week the credit union could not find a loan for my vehicle at all and told my to look into which credit bureau Honor and *** use as they could not find it

I currently have a *** *** Coupe financed thru Honor Finance, the car was totaled by *** Insurance in August from an accident*** sent the accident check to Honor Finance and the total left to pay by me was $When I contacted Honor Finance to inquire about my account and to see if I had GAP coverage, Honor Finance said they would send me the original paperworkI've requested this information on several occasions and they will not send the requested information on GAP coverage and have yet to deduct the amount sent from *** towards my total amount financedThe interest is accruing and therefore hurting my credit and future financing abilities

I had a car financed through this company and purchased an extended warrantyAfter trading the car in I was advised to call the warranty company and request a refundThe warranty company instructed me to call the dealer and speak with them (who then advised for me to speak with the finance company)I spoke with several employees who knew nothing of what I was talking aboutAfter I spoke with *** *** he said they cancel the warranty and would do soCalled back in the following week and *** said that the warranty was sent in for cancellationFast forward to today,m nothing has been cancelled and *** is now retracting his statements and saying it is I who should cancel the warrantyI am seeking help because they are basically refusing to cancel this warranty

They keep calling my sister harassing her when she has a heat problem looking for me when they have my number and I don't owe them anything

For the pass few month I been calling Honor Finance, because I been noticing late charges on my accountMind you I make my car payment a head of timeI asked them why im being charged late fees when im not lateThey'll put me on hold in come back with reasons that dont even make senseA couple of times ill got hung up onI even talked to a supervisor about my situation he hung the phone up on meThis have been an on going thing with these peopleThats why im reporting themThe first time I called I was told they'll take the late fees off at the end of my contractWhich makrs no sense to me, why charge me late fees when im not even lateAnd everyone I talked to see that im paying my bill ahead of timeI even have receipts to prove it

These people are the absolute WORST!!! I have made every payment on time for the past months, and NOTHING is being reported to the credit agenciesThey claim it is getting reported, yet no monitoring service is showing thisI spoke with Transunion who confirmed they show nothing, and need documentation showing my payments have been madeI have been trying to get in touch with the "legal team", who according to the people in the call center are the only ones who can provide this documentationThey have never called me back since my first call ONE MONTH AGO!!! They are extremely unprofessional on the phone, and are constantly trying to pass the buck to someone else and get you off the phone
