I want to commend Antonio M*** for the fine job he did on my Heater today He checked it out thoroughly and spoke with me in detail as to what I need to do since the heater is years old He was courteous, patient and answered all my questions He did not pressure me at all which is what I wanted He is by far the best tech Horizon Services ever sent to my house Thank you He needs to be commended

The Horizon technician (Pat D) that came today to service my HVAC system was exceptionalFirst and most importantly, the technician was able to find the root cause of the problem (previous technician a month told me the system was running good)He was very friendly, informative, and receptive to all of my questionsI now have a better understanding of my HVAC system and feel confident that I chose to become a Gold member with HorizonSince this problem was overlooked by the first technician, Pat took it upon himself to make sure that all fees (product and installation) would be covered to fix the problem

Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to respondOn 9/8/a Horizon Services technician arrived at *** *** home to perform a scheduled point inspection/tune up on his Propane furnaceWhile completing this tune up, our technician discovered what he believed to be a crack in
the heat exchangerPer our standard operating procedure, we sent out another HVAC Technician to perform a confirmation inspection of the heat exchangerUpon inspection of the heat exchanger our second technician confirmed the crack*** *** Called in to Horizon Services on 9/13/stating that he received a quote from another company to replace the heat exchanger and would like us to match that price in order to remain a customerOur HVAC Service Manager agreed to heavily discount the replacement, but it is not Horizon Services’ policy to match pricing from other vendorsWe tried to reach out to *** *** multiple times but did not receive any contact backWe are very sorry to hear *** *** is not satisfied, but stand behind the diagnosis of our Technicians and have attached the picture of the crack taken while the technician was onsite, as well as the heat exchanger policy that Horizon Services requires all technicians to sign, and the Carbon Monoxide brochure that is given to homeowners should a cracked heat exchanger be discovered

I was very please with Horizon plumbing and their technician Kenneth H Kenneth arrived at my house on a Sunday within minutes of the beginning of the window provided by Horizon Once here, Kenneth introduced himself, inspected the situation and got right to work clearing the drain Kenneth's work was quick but methodical He treated my home with respect and was very careful not to soil my rugs or damage any structure with the plumbing equipment I appreciate Horizon's recognition of my emergency situation and their coming to my home so quickly Thank you!

I called Horizon regarding a problem I had with a tech that was scheduled to come out on 9/30/ He had badly misdiagnosed my heater and charged me for services When I called back Horizon sent me Frank D He must be one of the best techs the company has He not only better diagnosed my heater but made arrangements to return with Peco to complete the diagnosis and correct the issuesHe made a much better diagnosis and completed a more thorough examination of my heater Not only that, he corrected the issues that he came across in one day! He was very nice and a joy to have as a technician in my homeThank you Horizon for sending Frank D to my rescue and thank you Frank D
