Steve C from Horizon Services came out to repair me AC. He was courteous, friendly and explained carefully what the problem was. He gave me his quote before he started the work. Fixed the problem, replaced the filter, checked and cleaned the external unit. Excellent job. A satisfied customer

Technician was friendly, courteous and professional. Called Horizon at 12 pm technician was there at 2:30 pm and we decided to install new hot water heater at 3:15. Install was done really well and up to code and install was complete by 5:30pm!!! Horizon had everything done in the same day! Everything works terrific and they have a great warranty! I am 100% satisfied!

Tom (our technician) came a few minutes early to do a pre-season check-up of our air conditioner unit. (That was GOOD!).
He came prepared and ready to go (he even brought his "slippers" when he came to the door!). He was courteous and easy to talk to.
He then went to check the indoor equipment. Then he went to the outdoor equipment. I thought it interesting that he used a "special" spray to clean the condenser. Boy there was a lot of dirt that came out.
When he was finished, he explained the outcome of the testing he did and answered all of my questions. (This was good in that I asked about some of the details of the testing he did. All the questions were answered clearly in a way that I could understand.
I had a VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE with Tom and With Horizon Serices.

Keith and Joe were very thourough in fixing ourclogged sink pipes. They did everything they could to be most convenient for their customers.

One of the easiest drain unclogs that I have ever had! I called them and in 20 minutes someone was here to unclog the basement drain. The cost was less than a third of the cost of the other guy (that has their ads EVERYWHERE!). Great customer friendly service and I would suggest to anyone who needs their services.

Noticed a gallon of water leaking through the downstairs bathroom ceiling and called Horizon. Was able to get an appointment for the next day but they called 20 minutes later and sent someone out almost immediately. The problem was diagnosed and fixed in record time. Love the professionalism!
