Had 2 services now with Horizon - turned up on time; extremely pleasant people and provided great service

Had difficult to diagnose issue with our heater. Antonio was very through and solved the problem. I was very satisfied by the experience and would recommend horizon services to anyone looking for a reliable service partner.

We have used Horizon Services 2 times once for replacing our furnace and the other for replacing our air conditioning. Both times from the salesman who came out to the installers were very helpful and gave great service. I couldn't believe that both installations only took less then a day. I think the best thing was how they constantly go to training and when you asked them how they like working for your company the all said it was a great place to work. That in my opinion says a lot. Chuck came out to my house after we noticed that our heater wasn't running. He was very respectful and polite when he came to my house and quickly determined the problem. When he realized how much the part was going to cost, he was very sympathetic in his delivery of the bad news. We have always had wonderful service through Horizon even though we have only been customers for a little under a year.

Mr. Keith was very professional and knowledgeable. He used shoe covers and explained the process in detail. I would recommend Horizon to my friends.

Frank was the technician who responded to my request for having somebody come take a look at our gas HVAC system. he was able to show up very quickly and was able to determine what the problem was also very quickly. He was courteous and polite. He went about his job doing what needed to be done, and after that performed a full check and tune up on my system. He left making me feel glad that I called Horizon Services for help.

Ryan arrived on time, was very congenial and provided quick and expert service. He offered alternative services and allowed me to review and choose the service I desired. The finished service was professional and was exemplary of the type that I would like to see in all other service providers. He made sure I was satisfied before he left. My thanks to Ryan.
