Service was on-time, all options for repair were presented and explained, and work was performed quickly and accurately. Will definitely call Horizon and Steve for all future HVAC needs!

I have been a Horizon Services' customer since November of 2010. At that time, Cecil was the only county serviced in Maryland. They recently just expanded their service area... I can now recommend them to all my family and friends in Howard. You can't miss their trucks (they're bright orange!) and the service is impeccable. Yes, their prices are a little higher but they offer the best guarantees and service in the industry. The value is well worth the price! I have purchased both a heat pump and a sump pump from them. Both great experiences!

The Horizon HVAC service person arrived well within the quoted window of time we received. He was polite and efficient. Steve evaluated our air conditioning system, providing the appropriate maintenance. We appreciate the extra steps that Horizon takes, like wearing shoe covering when they enter your home.

I called and scheduled a time to have my leaking pipes on my bathroom sink fixed. I was given my desired time within a few days from the call. They even offered to call me 30 minutes prior to the tech coming so I didnt have to leave work early. I received a call that the tech would be their in 20 minutes. I left work only to find that he showed up to my house 60 minutes after the call not 20. He completed the estimate with 3 options that seemed pricey but he was the expert. One of the options was having a vanity, sink, and faucet installed for $2350! I decided the option to have pipes installed from the floor to the sink to stop the leak. This option was $520! I called L[redacted] to check out their pricing which was over $800 cheaper than the price quoted by Horizon. Guess who is getting my business moving forward. I will say the Tech did a great job and he was thorough.

Keith did a great job. Love the quick service. Great to get the job done on the same day and time as original appointment.

I called Horizon Services to repair a broken Shower faucett. Mike Showed up On Time and was a true professional.He was knowledgeable and thorough . He assed the job,wrote the estimate and went right too work. The faucett was fixed in no time at all.
Mike did an AWESOME JOB!!!!I now have a new Plumber to call when I need one. Horizon Plumbing. And they have a very knowledgeable and friendly technician Mikke R.. who made the experience very easy. Nice job all around.

Keith did an excellent job replacing my water heater and water pressure tank. He was 100%++ professional in all aspects of completing this job. He kept me well informed as to every step in completing this job. I was extremely impressed with Keith's problem solving abilities. The two employees who also delivered parts to my house were extremely professional and very friendly.

Colin J. serviced our heater and humidifier on Jan. 12, 2016. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I were very impressed with his patience on all of the questions we were asking him. He was very informative and professional. He was as friendly as the commercials for Horizon are on television. We will be requesting him any time we need service from now on. Frank D., HVAC Technician from Horizon Services, worked on our heating system because it was not working. He arrived on time and was very professional in appearance. He found the problem and got the system working even though it is old. Afterward he explained what was wrong with the system, what work he did and explained what else he found. Overall Frank was very professional and a good worker. Very satisfied with the service call by Horizon Services.

We have had Pat D. here several times. He has always been respectful, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He is the real deal and very honest. He doesn't rush the service and invites questions that he answers with great detail. We had a frank discussion with him about our older systems and he did not pressure us at all. Because of him we decided to have an appointment with a sales representative.
We also, were very pleased with Sean M[redacted]. Sometimes people tend to shy away from big companies who do a lot of advertising to promote their business. They figure that these companies will be more expensive because of their overhead. I don't believe that. We compared prices with our neighbors who had similar systems recently installed. The cost was very much in line and we believe the warranty that Horizon gives, plus the quality of the installation outshines them all.
Horizon has a terrific business plan that has figured out what the customer wants and delivers with class.
