Technician provided very efficient service and minor maintenance. He suggested minor owner adjustments to help the HVAC system perform during specific temperature conditions. Explained very measurement, test or cleaning as it was performed and pointed to areas to watch for efficient system operation.

Keith was friendly, professional and helped quickly with what we needed and more. He noticed something that wasn't right, brought it to my attention and fixed it.

different set-ups depending on the type of the equipment installed. Some code does require certain precautions while others are more lenient. With that said, we always attempt to follow the manufacturer’s suggestions first to ensure the most efficient and effective operation of the specific piece of equipment. Many times the manufacture’s suggestions will also help to prolong the life of the equipment. I had air conditioner service from James G. from Horizon, he was terrific. He was professional, explained all the issues, options and pricing, and was patient with my questions. He was in my house for 7 hours and was polite and cheerful, despite working in an attic that had to be 100 degrees. He fixed everything, I am a convert to Horizon and have a service agreement with them now. you can be sure I will ask for James G, as he is terrific. Thanks.
