Steve was very professional and knowledgeable relative to the two hvac units. He explained what problems I had and what the corrective process was. He gave me the upfront costs for each service. Everything was completed within a week pending the ordering of a part. I am very satisfied with the service and professional that Steve provided.

Central A/C was not working. Frank D. was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, did the repair and some additional service needed, and cleaned up after himself. He explained everything before performing the needed repair, including the pricing, and held to the quote. Will definitely use Horizon in the future.

Steve C was our technician. He was very nice, dressed professionally and very informative, telling us exactly what he was fixing. We love Horizon Services, will not use anyone else to tune up our heater and heat pump. VERY satisfied.
