James Ga[redacted] was my Horizons Services Technician for my Heating system preventative maintenance today. He was prompt and cordial. He was very patient explaining what he was going to do. He took detailed pictures to explain exactly what he saw while working on my two units. Explained how things worked and how regular preventative maintenance decisions can help minimize the more costly problems that could arise. At the end of the day, my two units were checked out and they are good to go for this upcoming heating season.

Everything was fine. Timely, but pricy.

Good observation of the potential leak to the house. Tested the supply line, did not find that we had a leak..

I purchased a service contract with Horizon for the routine maintenance of my HVAC systems.

Today I had [redacted]. Arrive to perform my heating maintenance. Although they give the 4 hour window to arrive, he came promptly thus keeping me from waiting home all day for someone to show up. [redacted] introduced himself, explained exactly what he would be doing, did it, and summarized what he saw. [redacted] was very professional and left me feeling confident in my heating equipment.

The Horizon service, in general,is excellent. We were particularly pleased with [redacted] who recently serviced our heating system. He was knowledgeable, courteous and went out of his way to keep us informed.

I was dissatisfied with my previous scheduled service appt. because they were late after waiting for 4 hours for the appt. However, the costumer service appt. representative, took my complaint to the next step, and discounted my next rescheduled appt. That quality rep that deals with this complaint contacted me several times by phone and email to discuss my concerns.

I was very pleased with my rescheduled appt. [redacted] was very pleasant and helpful. I will continue to use Horizon because they made this right...just good business...and because [redacted] was so professional.

[redacted] was very helpful in clearing a drain that was affecting both the kitchen and laundry room. He arrived within schedule and worked quickly to fix our problem. We would use his services again.

I had my heater serviced by Horizon tech [redacted] last week. [redacted] was polite and courteous. He spent time explaining what he was checking for on the furnace and what the proper amount of gas coming into the unit should be adjusted to. After an hour of completeing his checks and adjustments he and his partner took their orange foot socks off of their boots and left. Thanks.
