[redacted] was very prompt and professional explaining the service to clear my laundry drain pipe. I can't remember the last time the pipe flushed so rapidly after his service. [redacted] even advised me about a small issue I am having with my upstairs bathroom sink.

Of course, technicians came at designated time. [redacted] and assistant were very nice and friendly. [redacted] explained what was happening with the heater and what part I should have replaced in order to have the system working properly. (which I wasn't charged for) He also explained about the Micro Power Guard and how it would help to filter the air. I agreed to have it insalled.

I have always had good experiences with the technicians in my home.
