Today I had Horizon service my air conditioning system. The rep, [redacted], was knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated his explanations of the system and how to make it work better. I appreciated his ordering extra filters for my future use, since they were a special size. The price came in as quoted, and I was overall very pleased with this service. I will use Horizon again, and will recommend them to friends and family.

From my initial call to Horizon at 8:30 this morning I had terrific service. The men arrived at my home when I was told they would be here and as it turned out the water heater needed to be replaced. The technician wrote up the entire job and included the prices that we would be charged. They removed and replaced with a brand new water heater and finished the job by 2:30 in the afternoon. I don't think I could have gotten better service any other place.

[redacted] was very helpful in assessing the problem. The information he provided will help me make a decision on how I wish to Handel the isuue of replacing either with a gas or to install an electric water heater.

[redacted] was on time & was very informative about my issues. He worked fast and solved the problem.

We had our heating/cooling unit inspected by [redacted]. He arrived on time and answered all of my questions. Moreover, he took the time to do the job right and was very pleasant throughout his visit. I will be requesting him for future service and repairs.

The technician showed up a few minutes after receiving phone call confirmation. Can think of only Good things to say about the technician: From appearance to his work, from handing my dogs to getting a part from the truck,had a problem with my A/C, part on truck in and out in 40 minutes are less and very good personality. one more thing I did not call for this job until 08:40 they arrived before 14:05
