Good experience. The technician [redacted]. was friendly and efficient. We have been very happy with Horizon in general. They installed our furnace in 2010 and continue to maintain it. No complaints.

Great experience. Called for service on my furnace at 11:30, one hour later the technician was at my door. He identified the problem, quoted the cost of repair and had the parts delivered within an hour.

Friendly, professional and extremely courteous. Company called to let me know the technician was on his way and he arrived easily within the agreed upon time window. He spent a bit of time here and seemed to be very thorough. Explained what services he performed and answered all my questions and then some. Extremely pleasant. I would imagine this guy makes all his customers feel very at ease.

[redacted] with Horizon Services was professional and efficient by quickly addressing the issue of clogged septic pipe without much hassle. Neither cold winter evening or wind affected his ability to do his job well. We are happy!!!
