[redacted] was a most congenial and helpful technician and I had confidence and trust when he did the furnace tuneup, especially important to a senior citizen. I am a tenant, not the homeowner, but have had a service contract with Horizon since we owned our former home and have never regretted it.

Ryan from Horizon Services was very informative and customer oriented. He explained our options and helped with our decision. Very neat and professional with installation. It was a pleasure to have such a friendly and informed representative.

This Company grossly overcharges for everything they do. I was told that my condensation pump was bad. It was makeing a funny noise he said. He then told us that it would be $500 to replace it. My wife called me and I went the Home Depot site and could replace the pump for $69. It is the simplest of procedures to replace this pump. I told them to leave it alone. I got home and checked the old pump and it worked fine. The issue was the drain tube went outside and it was 15 degrees. There was ice at the end of the tube. I insulated the drain tube and it worked fine. He didn't bother to check the old pump and was in a hurry to charge $500 to replace it. I asked them for a breakdown of the cost. They wouldn't say, its just a charge for the whole job. This company is a scam. I feel bad for people who simply trust what these guys tell them.

I called Horizon on a Sunday night to make an appointment thinking I would get an answering machine! I was looking for an appointment for sometime the following week or first available appointment. To my surprise I spoke to a friendly service coordinator who told me they had an opening first thing Monday morning or afternoon. HORIZON's friendly Service representive meet my husband right at noon to solve our leaking pipe problem. The gentleman sported his dandy shoe covers and got right to work. Soon the problem was solved the areas were cleaned up and he James P. even borrowed our shop vac we had out to clean up some additional dust.

I am VERY Pleased with our Horizon repair.
