Thanks Revdex.com for attending my complaint. I would like to add that I have tried calling many times to respond Houston Chronicle , but always end up with calls being hanged up or never being picked up . I have actually waited a couple minutes on the phone while it rings on my ear and never picked up, I have calls dropped never going to voice mail. I will try once more after this respond letter. Also I haven't received a letter by mail like I demand . Either way thanks for the process that Revdex.com provides.
