Please be advised I have searched for the recall that is mentioned above on the NTB Official Web Site, and it is not therethere are only the three recalls that I have attached earlier.Also, you request information regarding the chain of events of the day my car engine failed.* I was driving home from work in traffic so I was probably going approximately MPH.* My vehicle did a slight hesitation, and then I was engulfed in white smokeNOTHING on my display lit up to let me know what was wrong, before, during or after.I immediately pulled my vehicle over to a safe location, turned it off and called for a tow.*There were no noises before, during or after the white smoke.* There was no smell, I remember discussing this with the tow truck driver, nor was there any fluids under my vehicle.* I do not have any pictures pertaining to my engine/turbo failure, I believe *** *** took pictures.* I do not have the old part that they had to replace.* I immedia

This email is in regards to complaint #*** with Quirk Chevrolet of Boston located at *** *** *** ** *** ** where I initially leased my car then returned to purchase itI am writing to expand on my initial complaint.Since my last complaint in regards to the negligent delay in obtaining my license plates, I did finally receive them, but with no offer to make up for the problem they caused aside from paying for the ticket I received.The issue I'm having now is that during the purchase of my car the salesman, ***, said part of the deal would be that Quirk would pay for my first months car paymentThey still have not done thisI have contacted *** times now with no response, then contacted the general manager, *** ***, who also will not respond to meThis has been a horrible experience and I at least need answersAny help would be sincerely welcomed. Customer came in to the dealership stating he could no longer pay for the vehicleWe made him aware that if he left it with us it would be declared a voluntary repossessionThe customer said there was nothing else he could do and left the property

Wow!Now they are saying that I’m not telling the truth.How naive and stupid I was doing business in this place. I don’t know who wrote that response but it seems that person has no idea what’s happening.First of all, I’m not a liar.I’m not making up a single word.They said everything I wrote in the last comment.Upfront fee for 0%apr? Are you kidding me?Who is this Earth would accept such thing?*** didn’t mention once about any fee if they could get it for meNot at all.If I knew such thing I would never do it because I mentioned to him I had an offer of 1.99% from a Credit Union where I have an account.They know all thatI still can’t believe this is happening to me.Please show me where, in the contract, is mentioning about the upfront fee for financing at 0%apr.Also why in the field “discount “ $6,was added to the total.To me, discount means a deduction from the usual cost of something, not addition.And that what was promised to me.

Good Afternoon, I am responding to the complaint for *** ***I spoke with Mr*** and he came in this morning 09-18-and picked up his brand new *** ***

It is unfortunate that Mr*** is so upset but Quirk Subaru does not engage in "bait and switch" business practices. That is a very accusatory remark and is not unlike the rude remarks that Mr*** was yelling in our showroom. He was unreasonable and was acting with disrespect toward sales people and management. We asked him to leave because his behavior was so extreme and rude. *** *** was mistaken that Quirk Subaru was part of the *** membership and has been notified of such.

I acknowledge the payment of the ticket, but GM financial has not received any payment from quirk for the first months payment of the buyout as promised in the transaction.I have made every payment towards to purchase since the transaction since no payment was submitted by quirkOne months parny towards the vehicle is still owed by quirk. To Whom This May Concern, The repairs in question were performed at the customers request with full knowledge that this would be a starting point to his concern and may require further diagnosis to repair the vehicleAfter the repair was performed we stated to the customer we would need to remove
the dashboard to further inspect the issue and we would cover the diagnosis time to do soThe customer scheduled an appointment for Tuesday 11/1/with the shop foreman to investigate furtherThe original quote for the initial repair was and due to the fact his issue was not rectified we deducted off the bill as a gesture to the customerDue to the customers frustration and multiple previous repair attempts at two different repair shops we are trying to help the customer resolve his issueIf the customer wishes to keep his appointment we will be happy to continue in helping him to find a resolution with his vehicle

I put down $10,deposit and they took most
of that away and applied less than half to the new vehicle that was purchased, The original purchase was two weeks previous with less than miles put on the vehicle and most miles were back and forth from Waltham to Braintree to the dealership (times).They also charged us $1,for using the vehicle that did not pass inspection.

That is not what happened. Regardless, the money was refunded a few days ago.

This was resolved over a month ago. We did pay for the ticket and she did not have a payment for two months. We only processed the paperwork and financing for her to buy her lease. It did take longer than usual for the bank to process her loan that she financed her lease with because they had to verify her employment. Please contact me @ *** with any questions

this is not anywhere close to accurateThe advertised price of wheel upgrade could not be met said the dealership so I reached out to the manufacturer for more information as to whyOnce the issue had been explained I arrive to take delivery of my truckOnly to find out it was damaged and in an accidentKeep in mind this truck has never left the deal ships lotI was pushed into driving it home as I was left stranded as they already swapped my registration over to this truckIt was a Saturday so they told me to bring it back on TuesdayI documented the damage with the salesman before I stepped foot into the vehicleI then drove it home and directly back to the dealer on TuesdayI drove it nowhere elseThe service department was suppose to be taking care of everything so I could have the truck Tuesday nightWhen I arrived Tuesday night to pick up my brand new truck I was extremely disappointed to find it covered in grease, a damaged bumper and a damaged fender needing extensive paint workI refused to take the vehicle once again and left it in their possessionWednesday morning I was in contact with the service departmentThey apologized taking all responsibility admitting it was their technician who did all of the damage and it was terribly inexcusableThe general manager said to me "it's just a scratch" "it's only a truck get over it" "your only trying to get things for free"I really can't believe the General Mamager of such a popular car dealership could talk like this to a customerEspecially where all of the issues I'm having were due to 100% neglible actions on behalf of the dealership that they fully admitted to me I have not been pleased with this dealer since the second I signed the dotted lineThe dealership got their money and has not cared about me as a customer following that momentThey offered me to repair the vehicle for the 3rd time but never offered to supply me with a rental car, offer me an extended warranty on the work they repaired or to compensate me for all I've been thrueI'm in no way satisfied with this dealership and they act as if nobody can hold them accountable for anything because of their high level of financial backing

We were
told that after calling in again, we never received the "package" that they claimed was sent to our address We've called numerous times asking for the tracking number for it to track it but they never provided it The key was never sent to us I believe, especially since they won't provide any tracking info or anything, we've received everything but the key from them (bills, old plates, etc) So I know they have the correct address I got the feeling that it was never sent after calling and the sales manager came on the phone and said "are you looking for your tracking number? Go *** yourself." If they could supply the tracking #?
