Everything is resolvedThank you

management with authority did review your file and spoke directly to your insurance company and spoke to them to get your vehicle repaired under your original damage claim The offer to assist you in trading out of your vehicle is valid but requires you to bring the vehicle to the dealershipWe made arraignments for the sales manager to help you .You have chosen not to explorer this offer so you would have no idea what could have been done for you ? As far as paying for the tires you have never requested any assistance .with this ? Also after just about years after a repair was performed it would make it very difficult to determine if other factors caused tire wear and now that would be impossible We are sorry for your other life situations and are sorry for your loss the offer still stands that if you would like to visit the dealership the sales manager has been notified to make every effort to trade you out of the vehicle that you had the accident with on 5-31-

To whom it may concern. I *** *** spoke with *** *** 12/21/and worked out this issue with him. He is happy and will continue to get his Volkswagens from us. *** ***Quirk VW***

Mr*** *** *** freely and voluntarily signed a lease contract on 12/23/2016, not 12/30/2016. Mr*** was never informed it would take less than a week for the vehicle to get here. He was told that it would take about two weeks or so, but we do not know the exact date because we
do not control **’s transportation processWhen Mr***’s vehicle arrived on 1/3/2017, he was contacted from Quirk Chevrolet that it arrivedQuirk Chevrolet also paid Mr***’s first payment for him to keep him happy with us

*** *** has responded twice with essentially the same response. There is no further response that can be made. We do not know what she is talking about and we don't have any more to add to our response

Thank you for taking the time to write. May I please request the Quirk location your transaction occurred?

Mr*** visited the dealership on June, 02nd, shopping for 4WD Crew cab Chevrolet ***, he stated that he qualifies for GM supplier pricing, he also stated that he has a deal with another dealer that he would like us to try to beat After presenting a selection of vehicles that fits Mr
***’s criteria, he selected stock # ***, since it was similar to the one he was comparing to at the other dealerWe proceeded and offered him the GM supplier pricing he qualified forMr*** negotiated the price and negotiated the payment, since he was comparing with the payment he was offered elsewhere Mr*** also negotiated the price for additional accessories he wanted to add to the truck, and agreed to include them in the purchase, he also choose to pay $down and finance the remaining balance on month to maintain the lowest paymentAfter submitting the finance application we returned to Mr*** with a payment of $for month, Mr*** then calculated the monthly payment times the number of months and he wasn’t happy that the total was $37,438.80, while he agreed on a price of $30,including his trade and $deposit, salesman acknowledged Mr*** concern and explained to him that this number includes all fees and finance charges that is not a part of the price Mr*** agreed to make the deal with the given terms, but still walked up to the sales desk to recheck the numbers with the sales manager, who went through the numbers with Mr*** one more time and assured him that he is buying the car for $30,including his trade and $deposit, he also assured him that he will be able to go over the numbers in black and white once the deal printed before he signs anythingDeal was then printed, salesman went with both paper copy and an electronic one, he explained the numbers a third time before he happily signed and left the dealership in order to come back the following week and have the agreed upon accessories installed Mr*** called stating that he just received a bill from the bank with the amount financed of $32,while he though was financing $30,700, finance manager discussed the numbers with Mr*** and explained that the sales tax and registration and doc fees are not part of the vehicle price, also explained that the total price for the truck after trade and discount is $31,700, which $30,after deducting $deposit he paid. Mr*** had the chance to review the numbers multiple times, and did sign an electronic copy and a paper copy where the price was broken down on different documents (Purchase and sale agreement, Bank contract, RMVform) Vehicle prices never included sales tax or registration fee, and always got covered by the customerNo all inclusive number was never discussed during any time of mr*** negotiation at the dealership was never a common practice for any dealer to include it in the price of the vehicle

*** *** knew what the numbers were that were presented to him prior to him freely and voluntarily signing the financial documentsMr*** also knew that a bank would not lend someone $70,at 0% for free. No one mislead or found a sneaky way to deceive Mr*** as he
stated. No one here stated to him that “It’s too complicated to explain...” or “Even if there’s something wrong...” He financed it at a 0% interest rate which was paid for upfront. He knows this and this was cleary explained to him. He came the next day to pick the vehicle and we reviewed it again with him

We have contacted the consumer and resolved issues from prior repair

Revdex.com:Quirk Nissan has updated their website to explain the discount in detail; this satisfies my request to add a disclaimer to the advertisement.? My issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #***? I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.? To be clear, I find it disappointing that Quirk still chooses to blame the customer for what could have simply been deemed an honest mistake on their part; but the core issue has been resolved an no one else will be mislead.? This was my goal and I am satisfied
Regards,
*** ***

I escalated this to management and no one from management bother to deal with it.? I was pushed to a person in the body shop who had no authority to do anything.? Matter of fact I was told it was my problem and that I had to deal with it.? No offer was made other than what would be made to anyone coming off the street.? They put my son back into an unsafe car (on a side note and why this is so emotional for me is my other son died during this time in an accident at college) and have basically walked away from the issue they created.? They did not even bother to pay for the tires I had to buy before discovering the problem they left me with.? ? Regards,

The cheaper alternative was to put a bolt and nut to hold the whole thing together when the original construction is to thread the bolt into alternatorExplain to me how that is suppose to work or is safer?

*** *** sympathizes with Ms***'s situation.? Right now it is difficult to estimate what the cost of repair may be which is why *** *** mentioned abandonment of vehicle.? Is Ms*** willing to invest in the vehicle repair which may be in excess of $1000.00??

May I please request the name of the Quirk dealership??

We reviewed what the customer and what *** said happened to the vehicle and determined that what had failed on the vehicle had nothing to do with the repairs that were completed at our facility? As a courtesy to the customer, we sent parts to the *** facility in NY that would help repair the vehicle
