We did bought the extended warranty also the car was sold to us on October of in which make it less then six month of them in and my of the shop and now it is proven that it is a hazarred ? and if I have the warranty don't mean they sell me a no ? safe vehicle because they thought we are week and we can take any thing all do I have to pay for the payment when I don't have a cat? Do I have to pay for the ins when I don't have a car? He lost his work for the same redone we told them the car is not safe since February, my family's saifty is most important thing in the world I have every single paper work Andi have the agreement that mr.quirck signed monitor we can prove where the lying is coming from just as they told GM that he is not the same owner.please all I need is a peace of mind I did not ask for reemprsment of the time that was waisted or the hop the was lost or for the mistreatment from every one because we are Muslim and I were hijab I asked for my right a safe relaiable vehacile

[I am rejecting the business's response? on these terms: The general manager ***? *** called today with no knowledge about the issue? - even though I have reached out to various parties at the dealership more than once since I received the bill from KIA? Motor FinanceSecondly, he said it was my mistake? and that I rightfully deserved to pay the bill? because I was supposed to mention that I went over my mileage on my previous vehicleHe said, "they would not have known unless you mentioned it"He does not feel as if his sales reps are at fault for telling me I had zero liabilities toward the old lease, despite me asking? multiple questions regarding the finances on the old lease.? As a customer returning to the same people that sold me the old vehicle, you would think they would have access to all the finance records/contract details in order to advise me appropriately before I return my old leased vehicle in for a new oneFurthermore, excess mileage? was not the only charge on the billIf they actually took the time to assist me as a valued customer they would have realized thatLastly, I am not surprised by ***? ***'s responseA good majority of the conversation he kept cutting me off whilst trying to reinforce his own pointsThere are multiple complaints from other customers online about horribleexperiences? with this guyWhether or not they decide to do anything, I at least? want others to avoid what I went through by spreading awarenessThank You!]
