The contacts are great but the delivery of them is inconsistent unfortunately. Overall though I’m happy with the price and the wear of the contacts

Love the convenience. So happy I found this company during COVID quarantine.

Good quality with great payment options. (for example at the the moment I receive every 3 months.) Everyone should give them a try at least once to see and compare their options as they will be impressed with the comparison and what Hubble has to offer.

Love these contacts. Very comfortable to wear and reasonably priced. If I’ve ever had an issue with delivery, customer service sends another box right away. I love the greedy of never running out of contacts

I have asked repeatedly to first have my address changed - which never happened and my contacts kept going to the wrong place and I wasn't receiving them...and then I tried to cancel my account numerous times and they won't cancel it and continue to take $40 a month out of my account and NOT SEND ME CONTACTS. I even went to the other address and asked if they are receiving boxes and they are NOT. I am taking this issue to Visa and will be demanding that you return what is probably close to $800 ASAP. Honestly are you a real company or a scam? The runaround has been just unreal by your customer service team.

This is a bad company with bad business practices.
They have a promo that gets you contacts for 1$ in the fine print which you cant even notice they send you 3 months worth of contacts, swiwping you card for 150$. Then when I tried to return the contacts they gave me a return shipping label. I brought the shipping label to 5 places to ship it, it is not a valid label.
I contacted them after all this and they said *** you, its been over two weeks since the shipping label was provided. This is after I explained that their shipping label wasn't working.
Would not recommend this company, ever.
