Good value, but not a good quality. Tried them twice now.

Worst customer service m. They refused my refund after not receiving my product after more then 5 months. Seriously not worth it
Absolutely shady. I cancelled my subscription in April 2019 after my optometrist showed me better quality options for only $4 more a month. They did not make any further attempts to bill me until I noticed a charge in October for the monthly subscription?! When I asked about it I was told I can only cancel the subscription by phoning an international long distance number , even though local laws state cancellation in writing is sufficient, and even so, why did they wait 6 whole months before attempting another charge?! Not only that, but they never even sent out the contacts they billed me for?!
They flat out refused to refund my money so I filed a fraud complaint with my bank and was able to recover my money, the process took nearly 3 months though.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy!

From what it looks like, your subscription was inactive for a while because the form of payment was not valid. As our policy states, we do require you to call in to cancel your subscription, which is why our phone line is toll free and does not cost you anything to call.
I'd like to find out more about your missing order, so we can make sure there is nothing left unaddressed in your account. Please send an email to *** with the subject line "ATTN: Revdex.com" and I'll be able to get back to you with more information.

In response to the comment from the company, the card on file was invalid, and was still invalid in October, I never updated any information with the company, yet they were somehow able to push through a charge on a card that was cancelled?
Also, policy means absolutely nothing if it doesn’t comply with local laws, which stipulate cancelling in writing IS acceptable.
All correspondence from your company told me to call an international long distance number (San Diego area code)

I returned my contacts 2 months ago and have yet to receive my refund. Emails have gone unanswered.
Don't subscribe with Hubble if you have anxiety. I subscribed with the accidental wrong prescription and they refused to cancel my account via email. Eventually my credit card expired, so now I just get emails nagging me and this is fine. Subscription service companies MUST make it easy to cancel, or else I'd just be getting packages of contacts I can't use on a monthly basis.
They make your eyes dry like the Sahara Desert. I woke up one morning and my eyes were so dry that it looked like the room was filled with smoke. It was super scary. I highly suggest you pay that extra amount to get good quality contacts.
Really comfy in my eyes and I order only every six months, perfect for my needs! Thank you hubble xxx
