Horrible! My Dr said my vision is being affected by these poorly made contacts. Like ordering from 1940’s!!! Tried cancelling, they keep sending and charging me for them!!!

This company has terrible customer service and refuses to allow customers to speak with anyone who can actually resolve a problem. I have been a customer since July 2019 and ordered contacts June 10, 2020. As of June 23rd, contact order has still not been received with no communication from Hubble as to the reason. Long waits on customer service line did not satisfy the issue and higher management refused to assist the customer service agent resolve the issue. Very disappointed in this company!

Just like everyone else said. DONOT buy the $1 package. It will put you into subscription that difficult to cancel. They charge RESTOCKING FEE for returned packages. So even if you return the package its a lot hassle....

They're okay, affordable for me, but I cann imagine for some not as affordable. They also have a very slow website. I thought it was me at first but any wifi or any screen I'm using, it takes a long while to load. I also think their website can be more user-friendly, it seems like it's tough to find certain information in the tabs provided, and it's really not that much information for a user to review, it can be all on one tab. They also can make it more user-friendly by making it more clear how to set the frequency of deliveries. Thanks.

Hubble contacts only delivers every 30 days. For a daily contact subscription, if traveling for work, going on a trip, or losing any contacts during that time, it means that delivery schedule and on-time delivery is incredible necessary. They do not allow customers to leave a message except for during normal business hours. They list a cancellation number but do not allow cancellation via voicemail or email (which I tried to submit). They tried to auto-charge my credit card (I cannot remove my financial information via the website, also a very odd practice because you can't cancel when they charge many times on weekends). Not only did I have to call my credit card company to figure why my card was frozen, but I can't stop hubble from continuing to try to charge me. I had to change my subscription delivery schedule to 56 days simply to get them to stop trying to auto-charge me. Now I will have to call Monday - Friday to ask them to cancel. If this is a company that truly cares about customers and ability to function, see, and live their lives...they would make it easier to cancel. I used hubble for over a year; I have had to call the service line many times. They removed email options from the website during the middle of Covid-19. To me, this means if deliveries were late, they were still charging and not delivering. This happened with my last delivery. I switched to 1-800 Contacts who could ship overnight because Hubble was charging an invalid card over and over (invalid because the company flagged the multiple charges that happened over the weekend when I was about to pay me CC bill (we all have limits, but CC companies flag multiple charge attempts). What a fraud. Quality of contacts in the past six months has changed as well. Every third contact had residue and specks of substance on it. Look at at your contacts before putting them in-- you'll see it, too.

These contacts are AWFUL!
They are made from very cheap materials, and will dry out your eyes. My cornea is ruined because of them. Terrible customer service.

I would not recommend Hubblecontacts. I will not be using them again. They offer 1 dollar subscription with option to cancel within 30 days however they only have one option through phone. You dial the number during the time given on the dialer and it hangs up. No option to leave number, no email, nothing. So I finally get through 2 charges later and was able to cancel. I also tried email provided on website and they just gave me the phone number to cancel. That's my review. Thank you.

Beware- this company does NOT verify prescriptions. They continued to send me contacts for three years after my contact prescription expired. When I finally updated it, they sent me an incorrect box of prescription lenses and told me it was my fault for not providing them my complete prescription (I gave them my doctors full name, office location, address, phone number, and stated that my prescription had changed). When I questioned customer service about this they said that they only verify that you HAVE a prescription, but that the actual prescription details are confidential information that can not be shared.
When I spoke with my eye doctor about this he said it was not legal for Hubble to fill a prescription for contacts unless the lens prescribed was specifically for Hubble lenses. I was prescribed acuvue.

This company needs to be shut down for shady business practices that are questionable at best, and possibly illegal.
Customer service was the final straw.

TOTALLY HORRIBLE Customer Service when cancelling your account. They will not refund you, uses scripted responses in communication. I'd rather pay a higher price for better service. I will NEVER recommend to my friends or anyone who mentions the name Hubble Contacts.

I love Hubble contacts, they’re website is very user friendly and the love the daily wear contacts. They’re affordable and I can change my delivery schedule to fit my needs! I will never buy contacts any other way!
