Hubble Contacts

These contacts seem to work just as well as other companies. Just wish the would offer bifocals.

They make my eyes itchy, dry , blurry, tend to get headaches...wish they where better ...

Requested my subscription to be canceled last month and was charged again after the request. Highly disappointed considering my income has decreased at this point in time. Hubble needs to pay closer attention to the needs of their customers.

These contacts are the worst and such a rip off.

Love how convenient the entire process was and is! Would recommend to all my friends!

Clearly there is a pandemic going on in the world right now, jobs are being laid off everyday and this Coronavirus is spreading like crazy, so receiving a package in the mail is really the last thing I want to do right now. My card was showing a pending order and I contacted them to cancel this and refund it back to my account, even with the order still being pending and not even going through yet, clearly there would be humanity in the world? Not from this company. A “Lovell ” keeps saying there’s absolutely nothing they can do. Working in customer service myself there’s ALWAYS something you can do. Don’t use this company they are not worth the headache.

The slight blue hint makes them easier to see. Comfortable to wear. Very responsive customer service.

I wish you could give less than 1 star! The product is pretty bad but customer service is atrocious. I have "cancelled" my subscription twice, only for my credit card to be charged a few months later. The customer is not able to remove a credit card from the account (this has to be illegal) but Hubble can't issue a refund without the card. So you have to wait until you receive the contacts (which you didn't want to order), print out a mailing label, take it to the post office and wait for Hubble to receive it. After that they will refund the credit card on your account. Twice I've done this and the customer service person told me my subscription was cancelled, only it wasn't. Now, for the third time my credit card was charged and I have to go through this hassle again. I asked her if she could schedule a call-back once my refund was issued to officially cancel my subscription and remove my credit card from file but she said the company doesn't schedule call-backs. In 2020, an online company can't schedule call-backs.
My advice, stay far, far away from this company, they are either terrible people or just mns. Chances are they won't last. It looks like most people are unhappy with their product and service. I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering.

Hubble has absolutely horrible customer service. Lenses irritate the eyes after wearing all day. Hubble contacts are made with a material called Methafilcon A. Essentially, the lenses only come in one shape and size and the material they’re made from is outdated. Tried to cancel my subscription only to be told it didn't work and they shipped the lenses and charged my card anyway. VERY unhappy with their service. DO NOT BUY you will severely damage your eyes.

Communication from the company is non-existent. There was no email confirmation of the trial, so no paper trail. Per their terms, the trial automatically turned into a $39/month subscription. Shame on me for not realizing this, but again, no email confirmation of subscription shipments, which is standard practice for online, direct-to-customer sales. When I noticed the credit card charges, I called their customer service, who state that they purposefully do not email their customers and have all purchasing records and subscription information available only through their website.

These are not transparent business practices. At worst, I assume it's meant to extract as much money out of an inferior product.
