Great product at a great price. I also love the convenience of the monthly subscription delivered directly to my door. Would love to Hubble offer contacts for people with astigmatism. Not the easiest process for canceling the service, though.

Since I’ve been using Hubble, my eyes have been much healthier.

I have no problems with the quality of the product. I think the contacts are very comfortable. Not being a contact wearer everyday, I found myself with a lot of contacts so I reached out via email to cancel. I was advised to provide information. I sent the information via email. I may have done it improperly so I wasnt to upset when I was billed and received another package the following month. I called this time to cancel. Provided the requested information. Next month, guess what. MORE contacts. So now I am stocked for the next 5 years with contacts and it was the day before payday so I was overdrawn and salty. I sent a hateful email. I get an auto response to provide requested information. I provided the info BUT you guessed it The Next Month more contacts. So I am prepared to lose my freaking mind. I sat in my car and dailed the number to call Hubble. The person who assisted me was so helpful and polite. She agreed that she could see where I had contacted Hubble previously multiple times. She helped me get everything cancelled. Kudos to her. Now if I get another box next month, I will be fuming. I was never offered any accommodations for my lost money or aggravation. I was told that once they ship the product you have to keep it because they can not take it back. If hubble could let you buy at your own pace verses having you sign up for auto ship or offer you the option to do one or the other, they would be flooded with so many more customers. I would even consider purchasing again. In 5 years after all the ones I have are gone. :)

Horrible. Can’t cancel my subscription. Wrong prescription. I have astigmatism and they send me the wrong contacts and send the same prescription for both eyes when both eyes have different prescriptions. Very disappointed. Speedy delivery but what good is it if it’s useless?

Quality product delivered in timely manner. Web site easy to navigate and can make changes to delivery schedule and billing with no issues. Reps friendly and responsive.

No problem. Lenses are accurate always on time. Never spoke with a disgruntled rep. They’re all courteous thorough quick and helpful with compassion. I would and have definitely recommended them.

I’ve been wearing contacts for over 30 years, I Love Hubble contacts!! Super Affordable, Very Convenient shipping , no worries, always have plenty on hand!!! Can’t say enough about Hubble!! I don’t have to run out to get refills!!
