Hubble Contacts

I love Hubble contacts. I love the ease of not having to worry about ordering more, the subscription service is genius. I’m a casual contact wearer, maybe 3 or 4 days a week, so daily lenses work for me. The quality is amazing and I actually prefer them to other name brand contacts. I would recommend them to anyone.

They've had excellent customer service in North America! I've had no issues signing up, modifying, or cancelling.

I used to have monthly contacts they were more expensive and had to soak in solution overnight. I recently found Hubble and not only is it cheaper but It also saves me money on buying solution, and no soaking! Hubble makes it easy and having daily contacts lets you put a new pair in every day! Best of all if you run out

I've used these since November 2019. Love this company and the contacts! There are some features online to be able to to change shipment arrivals yourself if you need to postpone a shipment. Once I needed them sooner and couldn't do it myself so I emailed requesting a sooner shipment. The lady that helped was so quick to respond and super friendly. I got them in less than a week still! That's great! especially with all the COVID stuff right now..other companies have had a terrible time being able to get items shipped in reasonable time frame.

The contacts are comfortable and having a shipment arrive in the mail once a month is so convenient. I think the service they are offering is worth the price, the contacts are about the same price as other brands I have tried and Hubble just makes it all very easy.

I love these contacts. I love that I no longer have to buy cleaning solution, however I do keep getting small bottles of saline solution just Incase I need to use something.
I wish they weren’t so expensive but I love them.

They are good quality and don’t dry my eyes out. I would have moisture problems with the fancy brands from my optometrist, and Hubble has been way better for me. My only tiny complaint is that in almost every pack, I get a package with no lens or the lens has a rip in it. But overall, a great product with convenient delivery service.

I can make mine last a few days. So I have a bit of a back supply. But the contacts are good, and its at a good price point. Recommend.

This company is a TOTAL scam. They trick you into a subscription for contacts by offering you a $1 trial. 2 weeks after the trial they charge you $40 for contacts with no email notification and no Shipping notification. When you sign up for the trial it does not inform you that you’re signing up for a subscription. They will not refund you and do not allow returns.

I ordered contacts through the $1 ad I saw to try them out. Less than a week later I noticed I was charged $39 for a subscription. I called their customer service who advised me they don't do refunds and had already sent out the box of contacts I didn't even want! And I never received them either. I am very upset because I just want my money back and was told that's not possible. Terrible customer service, very rude and unwilling to help. The contacts are trash so now I'm out a total of $41 and no box of contacts they apparently sent me which I don't even want anyway...I just want my money back!!

They make my eyes itchy, dry , blurry, tend to get headaches...wish they where better ...

Requested my subscription to be canceled last month and was charged again after the request. Highly disappointed considering my income has decreased at this point in time. Hubble needs to pay closer attention to the needs of their customers.

These contacts are the worst and such a rip off.

Love how convenient the entire process was and is! Would recommend to all my friends!
