, I am glad that some (lame) answers have
been produced by using the consumer complaint avenue And that other customers may learn my poor choice.The poor response I received from the rep at the company is that all my emails were going to his spam folder yet he never returned one of my voice mails nor when HIS Huffman Koos coworker emailed him on my behalf - no difference, silence I should have reviewed the consumer comments before ever visiting there, would have correctly steered me far away fast.Still no ottoman that I'm paying for that was NOT delivered when promised.NO call / investigation on the damaged done to the building.And even with the screen grab of their AVAILABLE PURCHASE ORDERS - I do not have a clear answer of when my ottoman will be delivered, there are Due Dates listed on their dialog box: 8/31/& 7/20/

gave the customer an option to reselect with additional compensation. Her down payment was for $3,650.00 in which left a financed balance of $2,767.86. We reduced her finance balance by $150.00 leaving her with a new finance balance of $2,617.86 and sent her an additional $150.00 gift certification to go towards any item. The customer has re-selected new merchandise with a new color to avoid the wait time and she is set for delivery on 9/2. Your previous rejections stated your order was still incomplete. As I previously stated your order is complete and we have been trying to reach you to complete the order.  As for your new rejection stating that you were given different peoples names as the regional manager and he can only be reached by email that simply isn't the case. I am so happy that I finally received my couch today. I have never had to file a Revdex.com complaint before, and I hope I don't ever have to again.  So as soon as our love seat is repaired, we will be completely satisfied. Jolene B[redacted] at Huffman Koos was the person who made sure that my couch arrived within 24 hours after speaking to her. Wish she had handled my problem from the beginning so we could have avoided this unnecessary stress.  I hope Huffman Koos works out all their problems soon so customers can purchase without hassle.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] I agree that this has been resolved now.I would like to add this though, that this action was taken after multiple visits to the site and many shouting sessions. This was such a simple thing to resolve and they made me go to the store numerous times. They threatened to call the cops on me instead of trying to resolve the issue. The experience was terrible, terrible. Never once I felt like they wan[redacted] to resolve the issue, just blow-him-off-this-week has always been their attitude. Their attitude reflects in the way this complaint was attended to as well, for a long time they never cared to respond at all.

I am rejecting this response because:
Unfortunately it was close to a year before my furniture was delivered after making over a dozen phone calls with no answer. Even the response to this complaint has come over a year since I last submitted it. Eli, the GM at the Queens location is very nasty. Numerous reviews online from various sources only validate my problem. Each and every complaint is almost a duplicate. I in no way was compensated to the degree I should have been. After calling and emailing the Director of Sales, I didn't not even get a return phone call. Huffman Koos does not stock any of the showcased merchandise. Every order takes an extaordinary amount of time to be delivered. The stated timeframe is never honored. I will never purchase from you again and I tell EVERYBODY of my horrible experience. I'm continuing my complaint with the state attorney general in hopes you will be fined and the business will be closed once and for all.
