Hello, I apologize about this customer situation but I was notified about this customer prior to a Revdex.com complaint being filedPlease note this customer is receiving delivery of a new hutch with buffet as well as the last new chair on 9/17/In addition to, the new merchandise this customer

As stated previously applying wax is not a repairI haven't refused any repair because no real repair was EVER offeredA 15% refund would be acceptable but this complaint is not resolved until I see that refund on my credit card

After numerous times contacting your corporate
office with promises for someone to respond, no one hasAn email from your company from Press the Enter key to open the contact card.">Tauren T*** stated you "do not service the PFP Merchandise". Not only has it been within days of delivery it wasn't even weeks of owning the merchandise. I have been promised many times someone will reach out to meProvided several contact numbers to reach me and my wife at with responses. We have since accepted a delivery of the bed and end table however, we still have the damage to our house that was caused by your delivery service and a damaged dresser

stated to me that this was a manufacture defect! We are all adults here and the arm is just not possible to sit on and we didn't sit on it or break it in any other way. However I read the reviews of Hoffman KoosI wish I did before I purchased this sofa. They get a star because several other customers received poor customer service after receiving damaged goodsThey are trying to unload damaged goods to their customersI expect a replacement sofa but I wonder if that to will come damagedPlease *** Hoffman koos and read the reviews for yourself and you will see what Im talking aboutI hope this gets resolved?
