Furnace quit working during the night Cold in the house waking up Called right away and got service in less than three hours! Fantastic Technician identified cause almost immediately, but checked whole system and identified suggestions for improvement of filtration, humidifying and heating Explained everything thoroughly We are purchasing a new humidifier and wet switch Highly recommend this technician

My water heater start leaking from the top and sides which means trouble is coming I called Hutchinson they were able to send Terry M out a couple of hours later I expected a visit solution, shut down the old one and return tomorrow to swap it out, especially since it was after 3pm Terry Msaid they would be able to swap it out right away, and he started to remove the old while a new one was dispatched from the warehouse1/hrs later he was done They may not be the cheapest around, but I have found their crews fast, professional and friendly
Hutchinson's service technician (John H) was extremely professional in the performance of the heater maintenanceHe was very polite and courteousJohn was very conscientious in the way he performed the task at handWhen he finished, he rechecked everything, to be sure the system was in perfect working orderI'm not sure if Hutchinson has a training program, but if they do, John would be a terrific representative on how to treat a customerThe way he interacted with us (the customer) was exceptional
Kyle provided excellent service He was right on time and was very courteousHe described what he was going to do and then provided us with a summary and detail of the work he performed

We sent our Service Manager to the location to inspect the unit He found an defective gas valve when he arrivedAnother company said it had a cracked heat ex changer but we couldn't find oneWe replaced the gas valve and ran the system to make sure everything else was ok.Customer has heat and we didn't charge for the gas valve or labor

We have a service contract with Hutchinson for many years now and I am very please with the companyDuring our recent service Jeff Sarrive in the time that was given to me, he was polite and knew his job wellGlad I had the service contract as two parts needed to be replaced ans the savings was a big plusEverything was explain in a manner that I understoodKeep up the great job
Following a system installation date on or around September the heating system required service in February Each request for service was performed per the service agreement and warranty specificationsAlthough one request for service was non-mechanical in nature and the issue was remedied by replacing a wiring harness a separate issue arose that involved a pressure sensor In working with the manufacturer to resolve the remaining issue it was determined a new circuit board was needed and as such Hutchinson arranged with Mr [redacted] to have the new circuit board installed on March 14, Mr [redacted] initial demand to receive $2,for consequential damages directly related to alleged loss time and other reasons was denied by the company as well as his pending request to remove the system Hutchinson continues to perform under the terms of the sales agreement and values Mr [redacted] as a customer Hutchinson will continue to work with Mr [redacted] to ensure the system performs at the required level and/or evaluate other options

***, I was made aware of you service call and the phone conversation that you had with my dispatcherShe reviewed the initial call recording to make sure we quoted you properly about our Dispatch Fee plus any additional work we perform during the call, which she discussed with you on your follow up phone callThe technician replaced a burnt wire so he could further diagnose your system and provide choices on repairsI agree he should have quoted that repair before making the fixHe than quoted you flat rate choices per his findings which includes parts and laborAt that time you declined the choices provided so he put everything back together The invoice for $included the dispatch fee plus a flat rate to diagnose and replace the burnt wireI apologize if he was unprofessional on presenting your choices and the delay on responding to you.I will adjust the invoice to $because he didn't get prior approval on the 1st repair
Where do I begin? I submitted the contract back to them in late June They cashed my 1/deposit check in the first week of July and never called to schedule an appointment After I hounded them for an install date, they agreed to 7/ That day they show up and take away my outside AC condenser unit and then realize that they have no permit They then leave and say they will return Several weeks go by and then they show up to finish the install Still no permit They say they have to come back for an inspection On 9/17, they set time for permit inspection between 8am-2pm No inspection completed and crew leaves They blame it on the town inspector not showing up Still have no idea when my job will be completed of if I will just get my money back Have requested the CEO to call me to discuss constructive business process improvements NO CALL My personal experience with this company from multiple touch points is horrendous I would not recommend them to anyone Also, they were $more than a local quote(which I should have just accepted but I knew the sales rep and threw him a bone so to speak)
Today Hutchinson Plumbing, Heating and Cooling came to our home to perform the annual A/C maintenance The representative was Carey T [redacted] We were very impressed with MrT [redacted] He arrived on time, he was knowledgeable and extremely respectful He wore booties in the home and he explained everything that he had done We were very pleased with the service which was performed by MrT***
