I came home from visiting my daughter and found the furnace was not heating It was Saturday night, no heat, and I could not turn the furnace fan off After years of being a Hutchinson customer, this was the first time I needed to use their emergency service About minutes after my initial call, I received a call from Wes He explained that he would get there as soon as possible and would call when he was on his way He arrived at the time he expected and had the furnace running soon after He was very professional, told me what the problem was, and went over all costs I would definitely recommend Hutchinson to anyone looking for plumbing, heating, or air-conditioning work

Our service technician, Nelson, was exceptional! He was professional, knowledgeable and kind He was very helpful with a few issues we had at our home It was late on a Saturday and he was so patient Hutchinson is very lucky to have an outstanding person as Nelson working for their company

They installed a new water heater for me about two years ago in Princeton, NJ. Now I am selling the property and I was asked to produce permit and inspection for the water heater. I called Hutchinson and they basically told me they do not keep records and check with the Township. I contacted the township and found out Hutchinson never applied for permit and of course there was never an inspection done. Now I am spending my time just contacting Hutchinson so they can apply for permit and correct the mistake before closing.

I hired Hutchinson to come out and replace a sump pump that was getting old. Terry M came out the day following my call. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He looked at the plumbing in the entire house and made a couple suggestions for future repairs, but was in no way pressuring me to do repairs I didn't want. The cost was significantly lower than some of the competitors and I feel that he did a great job. I'll definitely be calling Terry/Hutchinson in the future.

Kyle provided excellent service. He was right on time and was very courteous. He described what he was going to do and then provided us with a summary and detail of the work he performed.

We are customers with a service agreement with Hutchinson. Today, our HVAC was serviced by Donald H.
We were completely satisfied with the service he provided. Don is a gentleman and answered all our questions completely. We will ask for him each time we are scheduled for service. He's a credit to the company.

My water heater start leaking from the top and sides which means trouble is coming. I called Hutchinson they were able to send Terry M out a couple of hours later. I expected a 2 visit solution, shut down the old one and return tomorrow to swap it out, especially since it was after 3pm. Terry M. said they would be able to swap it out right away, and he started to remove the old while a new one was dispatched from the warehouse. 3 1/2 hrs later he was done. They may not be the cheapest around, but I have found their crews fast, professional and friendly.

Furnace quit working during the night. Cold in the house waking up. Called right away and got service in less than three hours! Fantastic. Technician identified cause almost immediately, but checked whole system and identified suggestions for improvement of filtration, humidifying and heating. Explained everything thoroughly. We are purchasing a new humidifier and wet switch. Highly recommend this technician.

Hutchinson employees are always courteous and helpful. They are a pleasure to have come into your home. Adam is one of our favorites.
