I'm sorry for the delay this is the 1st that I'm seeing this complaintI have forward to my supervisor for his feed backwill be back in touch once I speak with him

Kyle [redacted] serviced our air conditioner todayHe was very thorough and explained what he had done during the servicingAs always, we were pleased with one of Hutchinson's employeesKyle was polite, helpful, and wore his "booties."

Matt T., technician at Hutchinson, is courteous, professional, and thorough while performing Spring and Winter check-ups on my home AC/Heating systemHe shares his knowledge about said system which helps me improve my maintenance as well

Responded quickly to an emergency plumbing leakThoroughly explained options to correct problem and completed job without any problems

I would like to commend Kevin Cfrom Hutchinson Heating and Cooling for his outstanding professional service provided at my home recently Kevin initially came to service my heater and was very polite and explained everything that he inspected, issues he found, and what the next step was for my service A part needed to be ordered and Kevin explained I would be contacted when the part comes in and at that time a schedule for the part placement be done It was very quick to reschedule and Kevin again was very professional on his return He worked very quickly and neatly and at the end of the replacement he explained everything that was done for the replacement service Truly Kevin is an asset to the Hutchinson company and would definitely request him for my next service

Russell Ccame out to service our heater He was professional and very helpful I would highly recommend Hutchinson

Jeff did a check up on our air conditionerHe was professional and pleasant

*** * was my service specialist I was very impressed with him As part of the service call to fix a slow leak I had by my water meter, he inspectedall the plumbing in my home He had to order a special part, which was delivered to him and installed His work was professional and he left the site cleaner than he found it

Michael * was amazing person to work with He took to time to answer all my questions and show me everything I need to know about my new heating and cooling system The whole experience with Hutchinson was amazing I keep meeting people that enjoy their job and you can tell

John Hprovided excellent service He carefully explained everything he did, offered options and provided good guidance in selecting the best option for us along with good reasons for doing so He was thorough, had good interpersonal skills, and seemed well informed and skilled in his work Highly recommended!

On 12/03/2015, *** *** *** Heating corrected a problem I was
having with my Electronic Air CleanerHe was very efficient and corrected the
problem in under minutesHutch is the best

My service repairman was an exceptional employee The first time he came to fix my A/C, he was very efficient and explained what he was doing It was raining and he had to re-schedule another visit to track down a suspected leak The second time he came, he found the leak in the system and fixed it "the right way" This makes it sound easy, but it wasn't He found a tiny pin hole in the tubing that had allowed all the Freon to leak out He re-did some of the insulation that wasn't done correctly and cleaned up everything on the job site before he left I will always ask for Nelson to do my check-ups Hutchinson's got a winner with him

I wish to comment on my recent service I received from this company and the great service I received from *** ***Great at dealing with customer needs Customer service is great and has a great personality in dealing with people

Adam was extremely helpfull and made all the arrangements to resolve the issue with our hot water heater the suggestions he made helped us to decide which repair direction we should followThank you Adam!!
