I am rejecting this response because: *** *** *** Management Team could not exp***n why my vouchers were usable and then not usable after they found their voucher problemApparently it is their ownl management problemThis is why I comp***ned to Revdex.com, and I hoped Hyatt Global Contact could handle thisHowever, Hyatt Global contact sent my comp***nt back to *** *** ***, where the incident happenedThe manager Till Martin did not answer my question, pretend not knowing everything, and use humiliating language in his emailI forwarded his humiliating email to Hyatt Global contact, and the person who is in charge of this, did not make any comments and did not reply.

resolved the issue in just one email, I shouldn't have gone through all of thisHyatt acknowledged the terms & conditions are ambiguous and don't include nor exclude the rates obtained via a mobile appThey also advised management was well aware of the issue, pretty odd since none of the managers and reps I talked with seemed to be aware ofLong story short, Hyatt not just acknowledged the mistake with the T&C but also matched the rate I had from a different third party and offered their help if there was any other reservation where I had the same issue so they will correct itThanks!
