If hotel does in fact go back to its original offer of $432 refunded in a check made payable to Earnest [redacted] , 1 night stay In a King Club Suite on 15th floor with late check out of 2pm, with club access and $50 voucher for dinner at Daily Grill, room and voucher valid for a year to give us time to find a suitable day to use room and food voucher. Hopefully, someone will contact us via phone or email to let us know that they are indeed going to stick by their first offer and when we can expect for processing of refund to begin and when will vouchers be mailed to [redacted], OK 74008 or when they could be available for pick up at Tulsa location. If they stick to this original offer, we gladly will accept this as a true and final settlement on the mistakes made during our wedding and next day.

I am rejecting this response because:I do see either the corporation or the property adjusted the point cost to the right amount and I very much appreciate that. However, I have not received any correspondence...

from either party yet. The points adjustment is good enough to address the first concern. I still wait to know how the second concern (the assigned room is one tier lower then what I booked for) can be resolved.Thank you Hyatt Corporation for your willingness to solve the problem together with me.

We have researched the situation with our local hotel team.   The local hotel has attempted to speak to the guest and have been unsuccessful.    The certificates in question are not issued by us and we recommend the guest purse with local authorities based on any fraud which they may...

have been the victim of.   We do apologize for any frustration the situation has caused but are unable to provide any additional resolution due to the certificates not being sold or issued by Hyatt.
