Attempted to contact guest to resolve but no response has been received

Our property has communicated with the guest and has resolved this matter

Guest was contacted and resolution found

Upon our research and review, our records show the guest acknowledged to smoking and the smoking fee upon check out and therefore the charge will remainThank you for contacting us so we were able to confirm all steps were appropriately taken in regards to the smoking fee

This has been resolved.

The hotel has processed the refund and the guest has been contacted.

worth of late fees for things I couldn't pay because of the companies negligence.

The guest's claims have all be validated and discount offered for the 3 reservations held. Guest did correspond with the Guest Relations department to get this rectified.

I am rejecting this response because: I did make a phone call to Mr. [redacted] from Hyatt Corp.  But I did not say a single word on accepting the decision made by them. Actually I'm still waiting for Mr. [redacted]'s email reply to my email dated on May 11th.I still don't think closing my account is the right way to solve this problem. My friend helped me to register my Hyatt account. Since then I was staying with Hyatt all by myself using that account. There might be some issue on gaining the elite status from the very beginning. But even since the first stay. I did not violate any terms.
