I am rejecting this response because: The delivery on 5/only included one part of the order. Order #***. It was supposed to be orders merged into 1. Only one part of the order arrived. We were forced to reschedule the second delivery order # *** for 5/30, which we rescheduled for between and 11am. The delivery did not occur until between and 8pm. Customer received an IKEA gift card for the value of the mirror.   If a refund to the credit card is requested,  please visit the store location.

Please immediately remove unsecured chest of drawers from any area where children may have access.  Please also note, we believe that our chest of drawer range is safe to use in your home when attached to the wall following the assembly guidelines.  We are more than happy to issue the free...

the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I was able to get my missing parts. I do not understand why the customer service team could not tell me I had to go into the store. The pieces that were missing did not have part numbers therefore IKEA system for missing parts on line did not work for me. Customer service here is not very effective. I think they should have sent me the parts immediately however if that is not the IKEA way then at least advise customers on what to do; in this case go back to the store. This is my first and last experience with IKEA. I can understand that problems occur i.e. Missing parts, but the way IKEA resolves issues is extremely poor. I felt I had no recourse but to file a complaint. I happened to go back to the store on a lark and received the missing parts. Why couldn't you just tell me this in the first place when I called instead of the ridiculous run around.

I am rejecting this response because:as I have stated in my complaint, I have already been offered a gift card and then told by IKEA customer service representatives and from doing research online that an IKEA gift card will not work in the country I am moving to. Hence it is not an acceptable resolution  since I essentially am not receiving anything for all the troubles IKEA has caused me.
