I have spent another hour on the phone trying to reach ikea in regards to this complaint and when they answered after an hour on hold they could not help me at all and had no solution for a resolution. I attempted to call the number back that called me yesterday while I was driving and the message left had no telephone ext. For the person trying to contact me. Once again ikea fails at quality customer service and I wasted even more time.

I am rejecting this response because:That was a different bed frame for my family . Like I mentioned on my last email , we bought lots of furniture from IKEA, our all family is ikea customer.   I have the bed frame,slat base,and the mid beam.  I can simply bring the items back to the IKEA store on Katy freeway where bought our all furniture. We are not happy with this item and do not want to keep it .. Please let me know when I can bring them back and get my refund.  Thank you

Original refund attempt was rejected by the Bank.  2nd attempt was made 8/19/2016.

We spoke to the customer today. We will be replacing his dishwasher along with covering the cost to disconnect the old one and connect the new one.

This check will be delivered to customer via US Postal by end of this week if not early next week considering Labor Day holiday. I left customer a voicemail and sent an email to see if she wanted to pick up in person and have not heard back as of yet.
