I am rejecting this response because:  I have already rejected this solution once before.  I continue to reject it because I was sold a defective product and a reputable company should stand behind the products they sell.  Not only is the product defective, it has caused deaths.  It doesn't matter where in the world one happens to have imported this merchandise, the fact of the matter is it remains life-threatening.

Hello,IKEA approved your chargeback with the issuer of your card on 02/11/2018.  You must speak with the issuer of your card for your refund going forward as we cannot assist with a refund after a chargeback has been approved.Thank you in advance,[redacted]

I asked Ikea for compensation back in July due to their employee giving me incorrect information and having me rent a truck to pick up an item the store didn't even have and wasn't willing to give me. I have been told for 3 months now that the check is in the mail for me. I have communicated with Marco in the customer service department that I wanted my money by Friday 9/16 or I was putting in a complaint for triple the amount. I may have to take this matter to small claims court now since Ikea keeps giving me false information about sending me a check.I want my refund of $165.24 ASAP
