I bough the software that was advertised as a life time license including updates www.highster.com and after a few months of use they change the service to monthly payments $which I think is not worth to pay the software that it does not work the way is advertised only a few features work if anyone is looking for this type of software please don't buy it or you will regret as I do they name themselves *** *** *** etcYou pay $for a lifetime license then after you use the service for period of time they want you to pay $which is not fare

They want me to continue troubleshooting an issue that has already been addressed by different technicians and still their product does not workI do not have time to continually troubleshoot this issue for an undetermined amount of time or timesI simply need my money refunded as the product does not work as described and or advertisedEmails from the technicians I dealt with can be forwarded if requestedI have saved all communications after the issue began.

We believe the typo that did exist on the product website could not be construed by any reasonable person to mean that a refund would be issued for any reasonWe stand by our decision, ***'s decision and the customers banks decision and refuse the refund based on the fact
that this customer activated their license key and used the program

The response I received from carrier states to 'view their refund policy' however they should be held liable for their rep verbally stating I could get my money back if it did not workAnd also they have not addressed the fact that they continue to charge my bank acct $each month for a service I've never once been able to useI did not give them permission to charge monthly and when I called in the many times they said they would discontinue however still getting billed monthly and no REFUND yetI am not satisfied with the company's response.I would like the$refund for the initial purchase and the additional monthly charges to my bank account
