Review: I purchased spy ware and tried to load on cell phone. I immediately made a complaint to get my refund - they in turn said my complaint was not valid because I stated I could not load the software on the target phone. Next day, I realized that the target phone does not have internet services and that's the reason I couldn't use this product. Again I made a complaint due to the target phone not having internet - again they turned down my refund. I paid $69.99 on [redacted] to purchase - that is a lot of money just to be throwing in the trash. I am retired and live of Social Security. I'm embarressed because of something stupid. Please can you help? I also got in touch with [redacted] and of course they got the same answer. I just read several complaints of [redacted]'s web page. In their refund policy it states a refund will be awarded if something happened beyond my control. Not having internet is qualified for a refund. Review: I purchased Highster Mobile on ** June. As their refund policy states, if I am not satisfied with the product, I can request a full refund up to 10 days from date of purchase. I requested 7 days after purchase due to the fact the product did not properly work as advertised. I did successfully download the product on the correct phone and rooted it as instructed. When I had questions and problems and contacted their customer support, their solutions were insufficient and unprofessional and I found better answers on [redacted]. When I was finally fed up with the problems I was having that several of their features were not operating, I requested a refund and was denied due having been successful at downloading and logging in. No where in their refund policy does it state that refunds are "not eligible, as you correctly installed the software and data is currently uploaded and present in your user panel." In fact, it states that if you DO NOT correctly install it you are ineligible for a refund. I tried contacting them a few times after that to no avail or response from them.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back as promised on satisfaction guarantee and refund policy.

So which is it? If I do not install correctly it's not refundable, if I do install correctly and attempt to use it, it's not refundable....Why don't you just advertise the product as "NON REFUNDABLE" then? Review: On the ordering page of this web site it states that, " it is compatible with iPhone 6, 6 pulse and did not need to be jail broken, and that it could be installed wirelessly(OTA)". The disclaimer was not made clear until after they took my credit card information, and charged me $69.00. That's when the disclaimer popped up, I right away canceled the product, never using it, and I am still waiting for my refund that I haven't much hope of recouping.Desired Settlement: Refund and removal of that web sight that pray on vulnerable people like myself, that gets caught up in their emotions of what's happening in their lives at that moment and feel that, this is our only option.

Waste of time effort and money. Product does not work at all. Customer service is rude and when questioned about product not working, hangs up on you. Will not refund money. Large scam.

Review: The software purchased did not work, when I contacted the technicial team I was given a multitude of different steps to do all of which did not work. Most of them were very generic & did not have anything to do with my specific problem. The problem is that everything in all of your ads state that I will only need to have access to the target phone for several minutes - one time only. Review: I bought this product for the social media options. Some basic things work but the things that are important to me don't. I have tried contacting them twice. Once I got an answer that didn't address my question at all. The second time I didn't get an answer at all. I tried to fix the issue with help of their troubleshooting options but that didn't work either. They have a 10 day money back offer but it seems that they have a loophole for every request for a refund. A simple example, they say: "if you're not satisfied with the product you might be eligible for a refund" but a few sentences later they write" NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IF THE SOFTWARE IS USED IN ANY CAPACITY WHATSOEVER."

How can you know if you are satisfied with a product if you cannot try it first? To find out that a product isn't working you have to use it. I don't see the fair trade in this and I will fight this to the bitter end.Desired Settlement: Refund my 70 USD

Review: Since I purchased the product and tried to use it I had problems. I had issues with most of the services offered on the NEXUS 4 phone I wanted to monitor. I have numerous emails on my yahoo account I sent the company asking for help. regardless of what I instructions the company gave it did not work properly. Finally an employe asked me if I want a refund . I stated if they can not fix the problems then yes I want a refund. The following email shows a refund has been given. I gave the company time to issue a refund . when I noticed no refund was apparent I filed a charge back with Navy federal credit union. I was given the refund provisionally and highster (ILF) disputed the charge back. What bussiness asks a customer if they want a refund then after the customer accepts and is emailed they are given a refund do not want to give money back ?Desired Settlement: I want the refund I was asked I wanted and I accepted.

After the customer experienced difficulties during the installation process they submitted a ticket to our support desk and were asked to provide basic information required to troubleshoot whatever issue they were experiencing during the installation process. The customer replied stating that they were no longer in possession of the phone they wish to monitor, which belongs to their boyfriend who had left town and was not expected to return until March **.The requirement of having possession of the phone you want to monitor is stated on the following pages of the product website:[redacted]The customers refund request was denied in accordance with this policy.It is also stated on the product website and on the footer of every page of the product website that it is illegal to install the software to a device which you do not own or have proper authorization to monitor. My boyfriend gave me the permission to install the software int his HTC wildfire S just to show me that I can trust him. I never try to install it without his knowledge. Review: This company advertises their software as being able to provide various data from a cell phone in a remote-monitoring environment. They provide very explicit instructions on how to prepare the target phone for monitoring and installation of their software. I followed exactly their instructions and installed their software on the target phone (three times in fact - all according to their instructions). Their software never provided a single piece of current or applicable data from the target phone. It provided 21 photos (of the hundreds that are on the phone), 11 phone call records (dated 1984!) that were complete gibberish and not even slightly usable, and 14 "notes", whatever that means. This software is supposed to give access to the SMS messages on the phone, of which I know there are literally hundreds. However, this software did not report a single SMS message. Their software was a complete waste of the $69.99 I spent on it so I uninstalled the software and requested a refund. The company responds by telling me that since anything was uploaded from the target phone that I am not eligible for a refund. This is completely ridiculous. Their software failed to do 99% of what they advertised it would do. This is like going to a carwash and getting only one license plate cleaned and being told that you got what you paid for. Please help if you can. I would like my $69.99 back.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back.

Review: I purchased the Auto Forward Spy app/program and it does not work as advertised. I am having to uninstall and reinstall weekly and then it only works for a few days. I have repeatedly requested a refund or assistance and the only assistance they give me is to uninstall and reinstall the app. It does not monitor social media at all as promised, does not update the gps location regularly, nor the text messages, photos, or call log. It also does not recover deleted test, calls or photos. I have contacted them 17 time for assistance and they cannot help except to reinstall the program which I have done 4 times. If I have to reinstall this often, it is not worth it as my child is very suspicious at this point. I followed up with Fran and provided the information she needed. Her response to part of the problem is the phone needs to be rooted, which all advertisements said was not necessary. BUYER BEWARE!!! This program does not work properly and support is non-existent. Do not do business with this company. Once they have your money they could care less if it works for you. Your phone DOES have to be rooted to use the majority of this software, it does not recover deleted anything, the GPS works sporadically, you text will have various dates showing back to 1970 and you they will tell you to reinstall it weekly. It does not update automatically so you physically have to have the phone to update. The last link they sent me to update does not even work. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!!!!!

Review: I ordered auto forward then two minutes after ordering the product I decided that I didn't want it anymore. I never received the product or opened it. I requested a refund immediately.

I've called the company phone number provides at least ten times before ever getting an answer. Finally when someone did answer ([redacted] or [redacted] something like that) hung up on me. I called back at least another five times before she answered again. Finally I was able to tell her that I wanted a refund. She rudely told me she couldn't do anything about me wanting a refund and Her department doesn't handle that. I asked her what can I do or is there a phone number for that department. I've documented dates and specific Cancelation codes that I've been given by them each time that I called there and requested my refund. On August *, 2014 the confirmation # given me was [redacted]. I am convinced that this is a level of fraud that they have perpetrated over the years, and have gotten away with it. I've proof from my bank when they received payment. I will file another complaint with the Attorney General Office and take them to court if necessary. I intend to get my 69.99 back. They are criminals and I'm sure this is an ongoing practice of theirs. Review: Their product does not work as advertised. I have contacted support numerous times and they just keep giving me the run around. They said the phone has to be rooted so I did and I purchased a root checker to verify it was done correctly. Then they repeatedly told me to uninstall and reinstall the program which I have done at least 5 times and it has made no difference. Only about half of the features that they advertise work. I requested a refund which they denied because I downloaded the program and some information uploaded to the dashboard. Yes I did because I expected it to work. There is no way to know if it will otherwise. The last contact I made was to ask if they could think of anything else to do to make this program work for me and they have just ignored me.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded.

The business responded with the same format letter that they sent last time when I requested a refund. Yes the product was downloaded. My problem is that the product does not work as advertised and after trying to work with their support team over 10 times to correct the problem, and then being ignored, I am still left with a product that I paid 70.00 for that half of the features that they claim will work do not. This is unfair to refuse refunds if it is downloaded because they know that it isn't working as they can see my account as I can. I know the they can shut off service to the account so that it can no longer be used for the features that do work and I expressed that in one of my many correspondences . The features that actually work are available from other businesses for a lot less money. It is wrong to not stand behind the products that you sell.

Review: On Aug **, 2014 I purchased software called Auto Forward from ILF Mobile. The software has a lifetime license. This software was installed on my teenage son's cell phone. It is a monitoring software so that I could keep on eye on him because he has been hang around a bad crowd and I as a parent am concerned. When you purchase the software ILF provides you with a server address that you download and install the software from. You are allowed to install it as many times as you need as long as it is on the same device. Recently there was a problem with my son's phone and the software had to be removed from the phone. When I tried to re-install the software I get an error because their server that was hosting the software has been taken down. I have been in computer repair for 30 years and fully understand about servers and the internet. At first I thought that they may have been experiencing a temporary problem, which happens all the time with servers, and that was why it was down. I figured it would be back up in a day or so. So I waited and tried the next day but no luck. I continued to try every day, several times a day for the next week but the sever was still down. At this point I realized that it was down for good so on Dec ** or ** I contacted ILF Mobile's customer service. I told them that I needed to reinstall the software but I see they have taken the server down and asked them to please provide me with another server address that I could install from. On Dec ** I receive a reply from ILF Mobile saying they will be happy to help me but I need to supply them proof of licensing. I supplied them with proof which they were satisfied with but still would not give me an answer. Instead all I got was the standard "I will be happy to help you install the software". I explained that I do not need help installing I just need the address to the new server that is now hosting the software. Again I get a reply completely avoiding my question. They then ask me what the error is that I am getting and I tell them. I also explain as I have mentioned that I have 30 years in the computer field and know what the error means. On Dec ** I receive another reply from ILF Mobile telling me the error just means that there is excessive traffic and the server and to try again later. I then tell them that I have tried every day several times a day and have continued to do so for weeks and if it was just excessive traffic I would have gained access by now. I also told them that I tried accessing the server from another computer and internet source and get the same result. Well today is the Dec ** and the server still does not exsist and they will not give me a source from which I could reinstall from. They have taken my money and have not fulfilled their part of the deal. I wonder how many others they have taken advantage of as they have do to myself. I also wonder if this is a scam that pull by selling the software to hundreds of people and then 6 months to a year lateri they take down the server and move the software to a new server only to repeat the process all over again. You see it's not just a matter of supplying the software for people to install but once it is installed they have other servers that supply services to support the software such as gps tracking.

I was sold software with the guaranty that I had liftime licensing and use of said software. They have breeched the contract by taken down the source holding the software and then not providing me with a new source. And they continue to sell this software as I file this complaint.Desired Settlement: I just want the information that will allow me to install the software I paid for.

As I stated in my complaint. I DO NOT need help from your tech support with installation. All I need is one simple piece of information which is the current address of the repo containing the software. I have "Reached Out" to your support department many times in the past and everytime they have been useless and the only solutions they have are the same old standard vanilla answers that have either already been tried or have no relavence to the issue. Also as I stated I have been in computer repair for 30 years and was an electronics tech before that. I know how to install an app on a phone, but without being able to access the resource containing the app said app cannot be installed. And instead of complying with my very simple request I am again given the run around and said information is withheld from me. If I was to except this response then the case would be closed and would still get no help from your tech support leaving me with nothing except a $69 hole in my wallet.

Review: I recently purchased my 14 year old daughter a cell phone. Along with that cell phone I purchased the highster mobile pkg to track her activities. That was purchased and installed 3/**/2015 for 69.99. Since that time I have been working with technical support because the product still does not work and has not worked properly since installation.
