I tried to login several times and got this error:
type Status reportmessagedescription The server encountered an internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request.Apache Tomcat/7.0.67
I did finally get in and saw a few received text messages but not nearly all of them and there were no sent text messages. There were also no photo's or video and I checked the phone itself and it has several photo's and a video's on it. It also doesn't show any social media like [redacted], etc.
This software is obviously not working like it should: It took 24 days to get a few text messages to show. This is not even close to what is promised by your website. It's supposed to have browser history, social networking logs, and many more).
Because of this I would like to have a full refund.

Pruchased this product on 6/22/16 for the non jail-break version. Within 24 hours it had not retrieved any data from the target cell phone. I followed every step they provided in my emails to technical support to troubleshoot the issue (Ticket# 78775) at the conclusion of this troubleshooting on 6/25/16 I was informed that "my refund had been issued. depending on your bank please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account." By customer support specialist - Girlie Lumagui.

On 7/1/16 no refund had yet to be issued and I called the phone number in my refund confirmation email and spoke with CSR#012 who informed me they would follow up on my refund status and assist @ 2:39pm. At 3:18pm I received an email stating the following (Ticket #82290): "Our account manager has reviewed your refund request. Unfortunately, you're not eligible for a refund at this time, as you have correctly installed the software and data is currently uploaded and present in your user panel." by Jacqueline Robinson - Senior Customer Support Specialist

I called the number provided back and the representative and told her that I emailed and there is absolutely no data present in my user profile. It has the device listed because I had to enter the target users apple id and password to link with the phone. The program has been in "retrieving data" mode since I installed it and I was issued a refund by their customer support people in a previous request, why is it now being denied? She informed me that she is not allowed to speak about refunds and that all refund communication must be handled through email so there is a paper trail. (since when can you not speak to a live representative about matters involving money - red flag #1) I asked her to review my account and confirm that there is data present, she informed me that there is not and to send a screen shot of this to Jacqueline. I did and received the following response: "You're using the wrong control panel URL" so I logged into the one she directed me to, again no data present, I sent this screen shot and she replied "Please fill in the missing information, so that I can forward your issue to our web developers to troubleshoot your issue" The information requested is the same information I used to set up the account and again asks for my apple id and password (red flag #2). Nevermind the fact that I am no longer interested in the product as it does not work as advertised, and I am speaking to refund coordinator, not looking to troubleshoot the issue. I just want to know where my money is from the refund they already issued in ticket #78775.

THIS IS A SCAM - until they can prove otherwise, I will continue to seek legal action for the return of my money.
