I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The emails between IIF Mobile APps Corps is proof enough of the bad Buisness practices of that company, I have a teen age boy who is going a little wild and I wanted to monitor what was going on with him, like a parent should,  I purchased that program to do just that, I could not produce a screen shot and even then that would have not helped them figure out the issue,  I believe that it was really simple to image what was going on when I stated a black box with the words saying " can not open file" any non tech support person can understand that, after I had tried to search the Internet for a solution to the issue I found that im not the only person that has had problems with this company, also they did not include all the emails between me and [redacted] the [redacted] of the company,  I would completely understand about them not refunding my money if I was able to install and I was using thier product, but since I wasn't able to install or  use the program at all then what harm would it have been to refund my money?

This company engages in deceptive advertising with regard to its cell phone monitoring application. I purchased their application so that I could monitor the location of a cell phone. During the process, there was no obvious statement of, nor requirement for physical access to the cell phone in question. The only time that I noted such requirement was during the activation process of the application. I requested a refund immediately, as I had not used the application as of yet. The company denied my refund based upon my having 'activated' its license key. So I have received NOTHING for the $70.00 that this company has charged.

Our records indicate you were issued a full refund in the amount of $99.98 to the card used to purchase. The bank will know what to do with the funds being that you've cancelled the account.

I have sent in my credit card statements that show no refund was issued on 7/**.  This company has been lying saying they would refund my money since May I have been trying to get my money back & still no luck. They lied to Revdex.com saying they refunded my money in July [redacted]. No refund

After weeks of communications w/this company they still haven't fixed the software.  I've followed all instructions & the software never worked.  I've also requested a manager contact me to resolve this & haven't heard from anyone.  All messages I've received from this company are about installation & none acknowledging the fake software.  I've asked for a refund (shortly after purchasing it) & was told it would be refunded then shortly after that I was told it was declined because the software key was activated.   Activated key or not this is a scam.  I paid for something & did not get it.  I want my money refunded to me.

our records indicate that we tried to assist you to get your software up and working. You declined to fill out the IT script. Our refund policy clearly states that if you activate the key or if there is any data uploaded to your account, no refund is due.

SCAM - SCAM - SCAM!!!! Program never worked - after multiple requests the only response was that "the system is still in the process of transmitting the back up information to your control panel". Requests for refund has also been ignored. Don't waste your time or your money!

and the matter has been resolved. However, I still feel as though buyers need to beware with this company. Their refund policy which is available online after Googling "Highster Mobile Refund Policy" is NOT the refund policy that they apparently go by. It took a lot of arguing for me to get a refund and I was met with much attitude before I finally received one.

time, I have received a refund in the form of a check but have not cashed it.  With all the issues I have had with this company, I will not be 100% satisfied until I have cashed the check and it has cleared with the bank.
