I purchased a product that they were not equipped to deliver the service promised.
They were not prepared for ios 9.2 and on upgrades. After 4 weeks, I requested a refund. I was told I would get a refund, then was told no, that they would not issue a refund. I cannot get any response from the company.

I do apologize for any misunderstanding, but there was never a time when we raise the price of our services. There was an error where some people who had purchased a one time fee and were asked to create a subscription service, but that problem has been resolved....

I submitted a review and the ILF REBUTTAL is, review not based in fact, no records, etc. More **! I have sent them, numerous times, my email, licensing key, emails from them welcoming me to their services. Total ripoff! Nothing EVER about my refund. They bombard me with emails wanting to know how Inrate their services, yet they have not heard of me?? STAY AWAY FROM THEIR PRODUCT!!

 I've documented dates and specific Cancelation codes that I've been given by them each time that I called there and requested my refund. On August *, 2014 the confirmation # given me was [redacted]. I contacted them again on August **, 2014 and was given confirmation # [redacted].  I am convinced that this is a level of fraud that they have perpetrated over the years, and have gotten away with it. I've proof from my bank when they received payment. I also have proof which I've documented when I first contacted them, which is four days after they received payment. This gives me another full six days to request a full refund. I will file another complaint with the Attorney General Office and take them to court if necessary. I intend to get my 69.99 back. They are criminals and I'm sure this is an ongoing practice of theirs. I have gotten no services or goods from them and must get my money back.first contacted them, which is four days after they received payment. They sold lifetime software upgrades and are now trying to charge monthly for the same thing we already paid for.

 Due to repeated unethical business policies and poor business ethics I no longer feel confident in your product. You have falsely advertised your product, not to mention your customer service reps are incapable of  resolving anything. They only give the same response over and over again with the hopes people just give up. I no longer trust you will keep the confidential information safe. I requested a full refund, not reestablished access.

On our product website it states if the software is activated or used in anyway, no refund is due. For a more in depth explanation please see the refund policy.

The customer bought the application to monitor a Samsung galaxy S4, android mobile device. Our application is compatible with the customer's device. The customer inquired for technical support and was asked to provide a screenshot of an error message they were receiving during the...

installation procedure. The customer replied that they either could not or would not provide a screenshot of the error message they were receiving. Without this necessary information our technicians are unable to troubleshoot the customers issues effectively.Providing a screenshot is quite simple and if the customer decides to do so we will easily be able to troubleshoot these issues so they can begin using the software which they purchased.I have attached a copy of the customers agree and our steps reply.

In response to the refund policy provide by Highster Mobile and as a rebuttal to my complaint:
The link provided is not navigable by the home page of your website. This is clearly deceptive on the part of Hyster Mobile. 
 
Attached is the link is what I was presented when purchasing the product.

I contacted customer service within the 30 day because I was unsatisfied with the product. As a result of that discussion I was told that my refund would be processed and shortly thereafter I received confirmation to that fact indicating to allow 3-5 day to appear in my account.
Attached is a copy of the e-mail confirmation from Hyster Mobile - Ada T[redacted]  (file name: Xfinity Connect.PDF).  
Hyster should honor the terms of the sale based on the guarantee terms provided at the point of sale as well as the e-mail confirmation that refund would appear in my account in 3-5 business days.

After the merchant requested information from me to resolve the issue, I forwarded what was requested to them and the issue was not resolved. I feel that a refund is due because even after trying to resolve the issue the software is still not working and I don't feel I should pay for software that is not working. The merchant has the ability to see that the software isn't working as well. There is no number to contact the merchant. Everything is done by email and there were emails sent that the merchant did not respond to. Therefore, the software has not served its purpose. I am dissatisfied with the software and according to the merchant's refund policy, "[redacted]" The refund policy also states that "[redacted]". As stated before I have not been able to SUCCESSFULLY use the software for its stated purpose. Therefore, I want a FULL refund.

 This company is lying about my refusal to submit information and I have the emails to prove that I submitted all information requested.  They are also lying about data being uploaded for me to view.  This too, is provable just by logging in to my account.  This is not a case of "He said, She said"  Everything that I am saying is available for all to see.  This is clearly a scam organization who should be brought to justice.

This is nothing but a scam I order there app went to install it never installed I then called there customer service they said I had to send an email to there tech support on which I did when I heard back from them I tried to install again and still nothing I called back again to customer service I stated that I wanted refund again was told I have to send a email to there refund department I sent an email it has been 4 days and still no reply I call everyday just to be told that refund department does not have a phone and that they will do a follow-up needles to say this company is a joke and that they just take your money and you don't get what you paid for
