that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. The original complaint was directed to one representative who refused to help me as a customer and after repeatedly requesting to speak to a manager, I was finally able to get this resolved. The company's reputation should be be determined by one poorly trained customer service representitive. The manager was quick to want to resolve the issue and after listening to my frustrations, we successfully came to a resolution.

Imperial Moving has failed to forward me the document as stated in their response to my Revdex.com complaint. Further, I do not agree with the terms (not having to do with the monetary aspect) of the original document presented by the company, which is a reason why I want to speak with someone about the terms.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution,  -sending me a check for $200.00 is a satisfactory answer  to me. Especially since they were not able to repair it.
 
Until I receive the check for 200.00 this matter is NOT resolved.  
 
 Secondly - No additional insurance was ever offered to me at any point. Everything was done over the phone and was rushed rushed. Had I know about the additional insurance I would have got it to avoid having to go through this type of inconvenience. 
We are willing at this point to raise the offer to $200.00. If the customer accepts, we will send her the check immediately.  I accept this offer and would like for them to send me a check.

MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:The customer had signed the bill of lading requesting evaluation coverage of 60 cents per pound per item. Additional insurance was offered to her prior to the relocation , but she had declined. Despite her insufficient coverage, we have offered her a settlement of $150.00. We are willing at this point to raise the offer to $200.00. If the customer accepts, we will send her the check immediately.

To Dispute Resolution Services,   We managed to settle with this customer on November [redacted], 2015 for a refund of $1000, and the check has been sent. I have attached the settlement form that the customer had signed agreeing to the refund.   If the customer has any further issues, he may contact our support department at [redacted].   Best Regards, [redacted]

We have reached out to the customer and will be settling the complaint.
