As I told *** @imperial several times and noted in my desired complaint outcome, they need to determine the settlement value based on the information I provided, not sure how they derived the entitlement value of so I cannot trust that number unless I see the breakdowns of estimated weight for my missing/damaged items They need to learn to listen to customers, don't just ignore customer requests or tell them what they want to hear but do nothing about it It's been extremely stressful to follwith them on regular basis since I agreed to let them help me with the move I think is not a fair settlement since I will have to replace all the missing/damaged itemsThanks

I was told when I settled that the check would be sent that week And I was told last week it was already mailed I will only consider this complaint resolved when I receive the check The reality that you do not respond to your costumers, that you did not return call/emails, that you give inaccurate information, etc., has made for a distrustful and unnecessarily adversarial relationship You have not been just in your dealings with me.

I have attached the credit card statements to the unexplained $charges to this responseAdditionally, I have attached the email complaint to the moving company along with the attached contract/agreement of the consolidated moveIn the email I am clearly writing to ***, explaining that I was given a quote for $for a CONSOLIDATED move and that the company is backing out of doing the consolidated move and is forcing me to pay $2,extra for a exclusive move because they would lose too much money doing a consolidated move*** replies he will investigateNever replies backI had to physically show up at the office in New York where Ruma said she would speak to *** and see if he could do itLater, she replies back in the email that they will not do the consolidated move for that price and I should continue to use a different company last minuteI emailed ***, to email me in writing that he cannot do the move, he refuses to respond backThis company is composed of corrupt, lying, unprofessional staffMultiple people have filed similar consumer complaintsThey are a complete fraud.

Hi, our customer support department is reaching out to the customer in order to resolve this complaint

According to the customer’s letter she is claiming that there was a
change in the estimate that was given to herWhen the customer had first called in she was given a price for a consolidated relocation which was $She had agreed to this price and had given us the $to confirm the relocationA few days later she called in again requesting and exclusive shipment, we had informed her that the price will change, but she does not have to agree with this and stay with her $quote for consolidatedAt the end the customer had decided to move her items to Cleveland with a different moving companyWe had adjusted the price down to $for just moving her into our storage and she had agreed to this new price
Regarding the customer’s claim that we are continuously charging her $74.00- we have no record of such chargeIf she has proof of the charges, please have her send it to *** or to the Revdex.com, and if she is correct, we will have her refunded immediately
