Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution, -sending me a check for $is a satisfactory answer to meEspecially since they were not able to repair it Until I receive the check for this matter is NOT resolved Secondly - No additional insurance was ever offered to me at any pointEverything was done over the phone and was rushed rushedHad I know about the additional insurance I would have got it to avoid having to go through this type of inconvenienceWe are willing at this point to raise the offer to $If the customer accepts, we will send her the check immediately I accept this offer and would like for them to send me a check Sincerely, [redacted] MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:The customer had signed the bill of lading requesting evaluation coverage of cents per pound per itemAdditional insurance was offered to her prior to the relocation , but she had declinedDespite her insufficient coverage, we have offered her a settlement of $We are willing at this point to raise the offer to $If the customer accepts, we will send her the check immediately

The business has held onto my table for weeks and I have not been afforded the opportunity to see it and confirm it is indeed repaired The business emailed me their release form which asks me to release them for all claims in exchange for the repair I cannot sign a release and release the business from all claims without seeing the table first I offered to sign the release simultaneously upon delivery of the table I cannot sign it before What if I sign the release and I get the table back and it isn't fixed? Or worse, I never get the table back after I email in the release? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The response given by Imperial Moving Company contains several falsehoods and misrepresentationsImperial has never emailed me (nor contacted me in any other manner) to resolve this issue so it is untrue that they could have “numerous emails of correspondence which indicate our commitment in trying to resolve this issue.” Second, Imperial never offered me a $discount because of the cancellationIn order to secure the job in the first place, Imperial was eager to come down in price to be competitive with the other moving estimates we had received, all of which were thousands lower than ImperialHowever, absolutely no discount (nor any other effort) was made when the move was postponed by the company within hours of contracted move timeThe company could not offer the same move date as it was only available to start in mid-afternoon and the entire house would not have been able to be moved before darkThe specific mover referred was guaranteed and put into the moving contract and was a condition upon which the job was secured by Imperial Lastly, I just called the number listed in Imperial’s response to my Revdex.com complaint and the company at that phone number is not a legal mediator; it is a third party administrative company contracted by ImperialSatisfaction to this claim will be made when Imperial Moving Company pays me the $differential price that I had to be pay to a new moving company to secure a moving crew within hours as a result of Imperial Moving's last minute time-slot cancellation and refusal to communicate immediately upon Imperial’s Moving company's cancellation and thereafter to resolve issueYour Answer Here] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***
