15, disputing charges on her accountA dispute packet was mailed to Ms

These transactions occurred between November
and January This was beyond the timeframe for submitting a
chargebackEach Vanilla MasterCard Gift Card is accompanied by a printed
Cardholder Agreement, which constitutes an agreement between the cardholder and
the issuer of the Card, and set forth the Terms and Conditions, which apply to
the cardAll updates are available via our website www.vanillamastercard.com
In accordance with the section "Purchase Disputes and Refunds" it states; "
If
you believe a transaction on your account is incorrect, you must notify us in
writing of your dispute within sixty (60) days of the transaction date."

the 16-digit card number and without the 16-digit card number we were unable to
assist herEach Vanilla Visa Gift Card is accompanied by a printed Cardholder
Agreement, which constitutes an agreement between the cardholder and the issuer
of the Card, and sets forth the Terms and Conditions, which apply to the card
In accordance with the opening paragraph it states; "Write down your Card
number and the customer service phone number provided in this Agreement on a
separate piece of paper in case your Card is lost, stolen, or destroyedKeep
the paper in a safe placePlease read this Agreement carefully and keep it for
future reference." These terms are also available for viewing online at www.vanillavisa.com
We have reviewed the information Ms[redacted]
provided with her complaint and have successfully located the 16-digit card
number by pulling multiple sales reports from December 11, This is not an
easy process and our call center representatives do not have access to this
informationWe have found that the card in question was used at multiple
locations beginning December 13, and the balance is currently $We
have placed the Vanilla Visa Gift Card on hold to stop any future transactions;
however, these cards are anonymous and because Ms[redacted] does not know the
16-digit card number we will need Ms[redacted] to fax the receipt to us at
866-295-to prove ownershipPlease note, because these cards are anonymous
they should be treated like cash

received a credit on January 5, for $from Walmart Store #in Irving,
TXThis credit created a balance greater than the face value of the Gift Card
valuing $The original transaction from Walmart was not paid for using
this form of payment, therefore we requested documentation showing proof of
purchase and return in order to release the accountThese cards are non-reloadable
cards and are not designed to receive credits; therefore the card was
subsequently deactivatedIn the event goods or services are returned we
request a receipt from the initial purchase as well as the return to ensure no
error has been made and no fraud committed.
We reviewed Ms[redacted]' account and determined that no fraud has been committed
We removed the hold on her account and she has been successful in using her

When we received the original complaint and all supporting
documentation, in accordance with our normal procedures we thoroughly reviewed
and investigated Ms. [redacted]’s complaint. The chargeback was submitted on March
4, 2016 for the unauthorized transactions that occurred on Ms. [redacted]’s card.
The chargeback process helps us determine who initiated the charge from the
merchant MAB PAY. Per Visa Regulations, the merchant has 45 days from the date
the chargeback was submitted to represent. The 45th day will be April 18, 2016.
If the merchant does not represent, a refund will be issued to Ms. [redacted] and
the account will be closed.
