I did not give my information to anyone but the company representative I have contacted law enforcement and filed a complaint I am not satisfied with the findings by the company when they can see I treid on several attempts to reload the said funds to my acct and they were redeemed while on the phone with the company representative me being a consumer and now being made to be a liar when like I stated from the beginning I never gave any information to an outside source I think the Revdex.com should review all aspects of my complaint and you will find that the scam is the company not me and at the end in todays economic times who can afford to lose a weeks salary

purchased in South Carolina We received
a call from a third party residing in Tampa, FLHe was able to provide proof of
purchase for the reload packs and alleged he was scammedIn our investigation
into the third party claim we found that the funds in fact belonged to the
third party who was allegedly a victim of a scamWe have closed Mr***’s
MyVanilla Reloadable Debit Card account

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have responded to all emails I received a message but no call back number so I emailed that I did not receive a call back number The email is the same as the one they emailed me at Why would I give a wrong email address if I am trying to clear up this matter I DO NOT have a receipt from a transaction months ago Didn't think I would need it or have a problem AND if the amount was $45, why haven't I received even that amount I have received nothing for that pin I had not had a problem in all this time so I did not see a need to keep a card Once I apply the pin I assume it's ok and fine Why would I need to keep the cards? I feel this is just a way to not repay my money
