We have reviewed Mr***’s complaint and he stated he voluntarily
provided his card information to initiate the transaction on the cards in
questionWe would like to urge Mr*** to contact law enforcementWe will
cooperate fully in the investigation. While
we regret that our products were used in this manner, the transactions
themselves are not fraudulent. In accordance with our procedures
we reviewed the reload packs as well as the receiving accounts. We found that both the reload packs and the
receiving accounts had been fully redeemed.
The receiving accounts have been marked as fraud prior to the filing of
this complaint as it is a known scam accountWe will remain willing to assist
law enforcement with the ongoing investigation and resolution of any crimes which
may have been committedWe also have verbiage on our website www.vanillareload.com that lists the top ways to prevent fraud and also
keeps our consumers up to date on the most common scams
We place a great deal of importance on customer satisfaction and want
to be sure that our customers have a positive experience with our productWe
regret the circumstances that have led Mr*** to contact our office. We will pledge our support in the investigation
and resolution of the matter and hope that he is able to recover his
losses. We are unable to reimburse this
loss since the reload packs were redeemed with Mr***’s consentPlease

26, regarding her lost MyVanilla Reloadable Visa Debit Card We sent Ms*** a dispute packet via mail
on January 27, As standard procedure we requested documentation from Ms
*** such as a copy of her government issued ID, as well as, a receipt
During our investigation we found that Ms***’s card was registered in
another nameMs*** has not provided proof of purchase which is required
to finalize an ownership disputeWe have attempted to contact Ms***
multiple times to gather more information relating to this issueIf Ms***
can provide the information we need we will be happy to resolve her issue

I would like to attach the same files I sent to with my dispute - which makes absolutely no sense that the company would request less than the actual purchase priceI am also copying and pasting another email from skechers.com which tells me that my order failed and that they have not charged me, claiming that they do not charge until an order ships

Reloadable Prepaid Debit Card
Mr*** initially contacted our office on
March 9, to dispute transactions pending on his card account. We advised Mr*** of the dispute process
and advised him the dispute process cannot begin until the transactions settle
At the time of the call we cancelled his card account to avoid any further unauthorized
charges. We spoke with Mr*** again
on March 18, and attempted to begin the formal dispute process; however, we
were not able to determine the transactions he wanted to dispute at that time
On March 25, we received his verbal
dispute and processed chargebacks on the requested charges. The merchant will have days to respondWe
have not applied any provisional credits to Mr***’s account because we
have not been provided with written confirmation of the disputeTime frames
and procedures for the dispute process are regulated by Visa

My first call of many was made to this business on December 30, 2015, My point remains that I paid for tge gift card on December including an activation feeWhy should I as customer have to wait days for goods I paid for in good faith
Please dont embelish the facts this was no day turn around, I made serveral calls during that period to be told a different version of the tale on every callthis company has the worst worst customer service I have ever seen
I will never buy another one of their products again and I know that I am not alone as the internet is litteres with the sad storiesYou spoilt my nephews christmasmade me embarassed left me without the for several days and it took to callouts to get this resolved
This business shut not be allowed to operate this way
Had you been canadian I would have been discussing this with my local mp for representation

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.When I initially contacted the customer I was told I may be eleigible for a provisional credit that would take 24-hours dependent on me filing a police report , I filed reports including a police report and a report to the cybercrimes unit of the FBI, Momentum card has given me the runaround for days , rude customer services reps, no one is responding to any emails and they say they are governed by the fdic yet there are no procedures in place to protect the customers, not to mention I was told by different people that they have seen fraudenlent charges from chinese companies more and more over the past several monthsso they know this is happening to there customers and not doing anything about it
