Comcast indicated to me that the charge back was done on September 1, and completed on September 5, so why haven't I received my funds back to my cardI've had money refunded back to my card by the same company Comcast and it took days to receiveI just want my refund back I was misinformed by everyone that I talked to at myvanilla!!! I just want my refund back!!!

This company provides a services, called a Paypal CASH card, where you pay cash, to load your paypal account
Well I, along with apparently THOUSANDS of people got an error somewhere along that path
After searching the internet, there are ACTUAL websites, people paid for a .com domain, and spent the time dedicated to complaining about this
I walk into CVS and give cash to load my paypal account, they mess it up which ill never understand, but now, they need a few DAYS to VERIFY all the documents
(Think about that, they need about attachments I sent through an email, and a few DAYS, to verify a CASH purchase I made at CVS)
People put trust with their money into this company, and the fact that this goes on this often, is absolutely unacceptable on every level
It CANT be allowed to go on, how does this happen so often and is accepted?

customer service is very rude and uneducatedthey yell and hang up on the customersthey do not know how to handle customer issues and provide resolutionI was on hold for over minutes to speak to a supervisor who also had no idea of how to handle my problem, she got frustrated and hung up on me My card was charged 2x in an error and no body was able to assist me

The person whom I purchased this card for as a gift contacted Vanilla Visa customer service on SEVERAL occasions and was never told the card was fraudulently hampered with. Following their many attemps at resolving the issue, they asked me to contact Vanilla Visa customer service on their behalf. Similarly, I was also never advised that the card was fraudulently hampered with. I was also never able to speak to anyone with the authority or know-how to fix the issue, but they hung up on me more than once. In one call, I was advised that they needed a copy of the receipt showing the purchase even though this had already been provided to them by the gift card recipient. I provided it again via email on March - see attached a copy of the email as well as the receipt copy I provided, which clearly indicates where the purchase was made. Their claim that I did not provide my contact information or the details of where I purchased the card from are completely bogus.
Furthermore, upon checking the card again this morning, March 27, 2015, I can confirm the card is in fact still NOT activated.
The only fraudulent part of this transaction is that they have had my money since August 15, when I purchased the card and have done nothing to rectify this issue. The fact that, collectively, we have made well over a dozen phone calls to their organization, each call taking about minutes of time (either sitting on hold or being put on hold so they can read all the notes of the call history) -- that's over hours of time!! -- and the issue is still not resolved, is completedly unacceptable to me. The fact that I even had to make a Revdex.com Complaint to get any attention is also unacceptable to me. How much is your time worth? Because I have lost over $in this transaction, and I'm sure to lose more before it is effectively resolved.
