 I did speak with a representative from the company today, however he is still claiming they did not state free samples and do not call and harass people regarding the product.  However, so far today after speaking with that individual, we have received 2 calls on our Do Not Call registered emergency phone number again, one in which a sales rep. named Jeff claimed he spoke with the supervisor earlier today and we placed an order for weed killer!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is only semi satisfactory.  While the items have been retrieved by [redacted] I highly recommend the Revdex.com looking into their other numerous complaints and maybe Industrial Chem Labs creating a new system of ordering. Rather than a verbal agreement over the phone, I recommend an actual sign off on items- it would eliminate any of those bad reviews, and ensure an incident like this doesn't happen again by allowing both your company and the ordering party to be responsible.
