I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:  
Clearly there is a history of this problem with your company, as a majority of complaints against you state that a complimentary sample was offered, and the answer is consistently "we never state 'free sample.' "  Clearly you are playing a game of semantics.  Despite any play on words, you have shipped us 4 gallons, with the agreement of 2.  Again-  how you can state you never offer "free samples", when I have 4 gallons here and an invoice for 2?  Your argument is invalid.We have called multiple times, been put on hold waiting a supervisor, and then told he is not available, he will return the call.  "He" never does.  We will not pay for the shipping, and expect a return label delivered to us promptly.  We are not interested in this product, did not request it, and did not authorize any purchase.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Industrial Chem Labs & Services, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
    I was contacted by a Mr Butch R[redacted] on 9/**/16.  He told me he read the complaint and was going to...

do 3 things.     1.He was email me and tell me what he was going to do.    2.He would contact UPS to pick up the chemicals.     3. He would send me an invoice showing I didn't owe anything to them.  For doing this he asked if I would contact the Revdex.com and say the issue had been resolved.  I told him I would call the Revdex.com and tell them it was taken care of and that I was satisfied.  He also said he would not expect me to do that until he had done what he had promised.  Sounded fair to me so I consented to his offer.  Since then I have heard nothing, and the product is still sitting here.

I wanted to respond. Butch R[redacted] contacted me as soon as the complaint was made and he was contacted by Revdex.com. Although we disagreed with how the events transpired he was very nice to me. He agreed to pay for the product to be returned and yesterday I received a credit memo for the invoice.  I appreciated his prompt attention.
